Jesus said Judas was a Devil, Thief, son of Perdition. Jesus Said that e Knew from the Very Start That he knew Judas believed not. Was e ever a Christian? Well obviously not to anyone KJV bible reader. Dr. Burns, a woman quoted and plagiarized notwithstanding, wrote about this in her work refuting eternal security. Yes Judas was saved! She said.. Well, You can not leave out So many scriptures addressing Judas Iscariot by name and still call it a Bible study. Propaganda yes, Bible study No. Dr. Burns even said Judas was a Bishop of a church and that he was not a sinner! would Jesus trust a sinner? she asks. Our Question is easier. Why dr. burns Leave out the references addressing who Jesus Paul and the holy spirit said Judas actually was? On a side note: This Lesson refutation of Cathy Burns misrepresentation of Judas was a direct result of listening to Ed Watsons Sermon , which after reading Burns Book, turned out to be a plagiarized. READING of her book posing it on Sermon Audio as a Sermon. I read Her work and Listened to the So called Sermon Online at the same time.. ( can you say WORD FOR WORD?) At any rate, I thought it was needful to have an actual bible study on this subject .

This radio broadcast starts out with a Poem someone sent me about over taxing and how many different taxes there are.. it was amazing. Anyway, this moves through a call in guest and moves to the truth that Homeland Security will not be able to stand against God and his Judgment. After this pastor Slattery addresses the need for Young Men to serve the living God. To be young MEN for Christ. Standing up to the ways of Satan. Later in the afternoon I preached a sermon to the young men in the congregation. Repentance is stressed and the need for YOUNG men to LIVE for Christ.. they are told to PREACH the WORD. Are the young men in your church Preaching the WORD or are they more involved in youth groups and young singles ministries ( More un-biblical ministries).

Next: I bought a book by JP 2 and I read in the POPE's own words that Catholics and Muslims adore the same God... HE SAID: I share your belief that mankind owes it's existence to the One, Compassionate God who created heaven and earth etc...'

The program concludes in a strong message that JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY, TRUTH AND LIFE. And to Reject that is to Go to HELL

OK So Alan thinks that the Pope is wrong about " "nothing can justify the spilling of innocent blood." in regard to war, but then again that is an interpretive issue about what is a war and what is innocent. Alan then bucks his own logic when it comes to the Abortion issue and becomes a straight papist. No Death Penalty, No Justification for a Death Penalty against an abortionist even by the Law, and even more so, NO MAKING BABY MURDERING ABORTION DOCTORS OR THE MOMS WHO HIRE THE CONTRACT KILLERS FEEL BAD OR GUILTY. That might inflame someone to do something or pass a law (Neil Horsley's position) that Baby Killing Doctors and their mothers should be prosecuted for capital Murder.

So I think that there are circumstances under which it is essential, in fact, that we have and apply the death penalty in order to send a clear moral message to people throughout our society that we will not tolerate that kind of disrespect for life.

Yet how does he understand the words that he just said when asked this question:

Q: The Pope condemned capital punishment.

A: Having read the Encyclical, the Pope reasserted the Church’s traditional doctrine on capital punishment and He cautioned against the abuse of that position and said that it would be very rare.

Q: You do agree it should be rare?

A: Certainly. I’ve never been somebody who thought that you should be applying capital punishment indiscriminately. But I do believe that it is necessary in certain instances in order for a society to show due respect for life.

Alan Keyes seems to be talking out both sides of his political needs, at one point he wants to sound tough on capital punishment, but if you will notice that he is very careful to choose his words so they are still in line with the Pope. He has given himself a way to be both a papist and a good politician. Notice that he uses the rule of Law and ad then when referring to Abortion, he uses terms that exclude the word 'Lawful' . Where as he thinks ;

He must not , by his own statements think that abortion is actually ore meditated whole sale murder and a disrespect for Human life.

Alan Keyes thinks that neil Horsley is wrong for advocating the death penalty for exactly the same reasons that Keyes said it would be OK in his 1995 Lary King Live interview, yet when it was Alan doing the interview of Horsley, it was wrong.... Well maybe if Neil Horsley was a papist it would have been OK.

At least not until the Pope tells him to think that way.

I MAKE an exception only for the physical life of the mother. Given the unalienable right to life (i.e., self-preservation) I see no way in principle to avoid making this exception. I would ACCEPT the rape and incest exceptions only as a matter of political necessity if that is the best legislation we could achieve at the time. Brother Dixon and Pastor mike Interview

Hello everyone

This is pastor Mike, I just wanted to let you all know that Dr. Greg Dixon was with us here at Christ's Assembly @ Belleview Florida this last week. He and I did a 35 minute radio interview LIVE on WOCA ocala 1370 AM, ( they do not have a live streaming content) I recorded the interview and have placed it on sermonaudio.com/freedombaptist for you all to enjoy. Dr. Dixon was the Pastor at Indianapolis Baptist Temple when the IRS and the Justice Department went after them and eventually sent in the federal marshals to seize the property for what they claimed were unpaid taxes on employees. Yes it was the good christian man John Ashcroft who sent them in and it was the Good Christian folks at the Christian Law Association who did nothing, ( Same folks who turned on Kent Hovind) . At any rate that is way to much to go into here. Dr. Dixon and I had a great conversation and I hope that you enjoy it and are a bit challenged by it. After the interview at WOCA, brother Dixon and I went to our Assembly and Brother Dixon preached a moving evangelistic message which he entitled ," the first five people I want to meet in heaven" It was a message about the 5 most personally stirring conversions to Christ that the Lord blessed Brother Dixon to be a part of in the Ministry that God gave him. As a special guest with us in our worship meeting we had brother Richard Mooneyhan and his faithful wife Anna Rose. You may remember Brother /pastor Mooneyhan from several years ago as the "authorities" went after him for not disclosing Pastor/member confidence issues. Brother Mooneyhan had suffered a stroke several months ago while singing with his quartet, "o what a Saviour" was the song when just as the song was ending his wife noticed a problem, Richard went down with a massive stroke. At our meeting yesterday you can see how the Lord has worked with Richard, he is walking now with the aid of a one handed walker, his left side is still not much use, but his testimony for Christ and his comforting presence is amazing. Please keep him in your prayers and in your support. Many a southern stars and stripes flag waver has quoted words of Robert E. Lee in regard to bringing the "country together" after the war of northern aggression against the Confederate States of America. It seems to me that the CSA as it stood when Lincoln Declared war on them by enlisting and recruiting a hostile army to invade then were on sound constitutional grounds. Washington D.C. says that there was no declared war and that this was the suppression of a rebellion. Yet 4 years after it started and over 600K in lost lives America embarked on a campaign of empire building that the world has never seen a comparison to. In today's world, Washington is engaged in a WAR ON TERROR, yet congress has not declared war. We invade countries around the world by the word of the President of Washington without any hesitation and without any declaration of war. Viet Nam, Korea, Somalia, the Balkins and a host of other areas of the world have been the host. All without an official declaration of war. Yet people still die..lots of them. Not for patriotism but for a delusion of patriotism that is actually a new world order program of de-nationalism and global conquest. The amazing inability of the people to discern when they are being led as sheep to the slaughter for no other reason than to increase the market share of some international Cabal of interlinked corporations controlling world Government is a common problem. The ability to determine whether or not the basic decisions in life and play are your own or whether they have been programmed into you by your manipulators so that you THINK they are your own is disturbing. Avoid the mainstream media for sure, FOX NEWS and the alphabet soup group, are well into the pockets and machinery of the "Beast". The hard part is telling wether or not the alternate media is not merely a set up by the mainstream to confuse and bewilder those seeking truth. Both sides of the battle controlled by one side. JOIN the ARMY... MY SON is in the WAR! I know someone over "there" and they will reenlist! They believe in what they are doing! The problem with all these statements is that a Rat in a maze also believes in what he is doing, it is just that his field of information and determination is controlled by someone other than himself and he has no thought of his own that are not placed there by the owner of the maze.

It is not patriotic to blindly serve what you are TOLD is your country, it is Idiotic. Worse yet it is treason against life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness!

And so many have used this early attempt By Mr. Lee as a propaganda ploy to force upon us a guilty feeling for not being a "real American" like Robert E. lee, For not standing a reciting the fascist Pledge to the Flag, (Mr. Lee never did). one such article even goes so far as to assume the Great general is sleeping more peacefully now that he has his official pardon by the great white father in Washington city! Imminent Domain MUST be BOUND

Today at city hall in Belleview Florida, I brought up the issue of Imminent Domain abuse and asked the city to consider ways to prevent the city from using it to take privite property for commercial gain. the discussing was a little more heated and Bizzar than I thought it would be with one City commissioner actually coming out against passing legislation or binding resolutions preventing themselves and preventing future City commissions from using this process from taking property from one entity and giving it to another through imminent domain proceedings to increase city revenue through fees and tax collection. Anyway here is an article that I submitted to several papers in our area on this issue: Enjoy.

Imminent Domain: a phrase that is little understood and often abused and now according to the Supreme Court of the United States, it is a weapon used against the property rights of everyone.

The issue is what the Constitution states in regard to Imminent Domain:

According to an article in the Washington Post,
The Supreme Court has ruled that local governments may force property owners to sell out and make way for private economic development when officials decide it would benefit the public, even if the property is not blighted and the new project's success is not guaranteed. And to be quite honest if you think that you are going to get a second hearing on this issue from the Court think again. Judge Stevens stated in his opinion that the court should not "second-guess" local governments,.... promoting economic development is a traditional and long accepted function of government."

Now the Bill of Rights in the Constitution states in the fifth amendment

[Amendment V]
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Now of course the new oligarchy known as the Supreme Court has decided that "Public Use" is the same as "Tax Generation". In other words they have decided that YOUR property can be taken from you via Imminent Domain proceedings whereby your property can be condemned and given to a developer simply because the developer will bring in more taxes that you can.

James Madison in a letter to Thomas Jefferson in regard to a bill of rights remarked that

"Power when it has attained a certain degree of energy and independence goes on generally to further degrees."

It seems to me that this Imminent Domain is being misinterpreted and is therefore becoming the destruction of all concepts of private property around the country. Also, it is not curtailed by the Federal Government as it reinvents the meanings of words to the destruction of what needs to be curtailed at the local level here in our town. Regardless of what the State or Federal Government does. No cooperation should be given to any foreign jurisdiction attempting to usurp the property rights of this towns citizens.

There will be some government people that will be adamant against this idea. The arguments will range from the absurd to the irrelevant. "This has never happened in our town before!" was one argument against passing a resolution or ordinance against the use of Imminent Domain at a city meeting. Yet this same argument was ignored when the issue of fingerprinting folks who work with kids was brought up. No one said, "Well no one has been molested yet. That has not happened in this town by government employees before!"

Another dismal argument was brought up that those in the future might be upset with our limiting their ability to rob Peter to pay Paul. What would they say 30 or 40 years from now when they wanted to steal someone's property for private interests and they found themselves barred by our archaic laws protecting private property from the hands of greedy developers and the politicians more then happy to feed them the property of others so that they can increase tax revenue for some other welfare project or infrastructure improvement.

What will they say? Those rotten freedom loving individuals! Who are we to pass laws today that will effect how our government behaves tomorrow? Should we simply ignore the Constitution's preamble which states

"We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America?

Notice the words " TO OUR POSTERITY"?

In Other words one of the reasons that we have a Constitution was to protect future generations from despotic governments, and to prevent abuses not yet committed yet which might be committed. You see folks, unlike some who would not wish to go down in history or be remembered as the politician who prevented a despotic, hostile takeover, the Constitution's framers wanted be remembered as the defenders of the Blessings of Liberty not only for themselves but for their generations that followed them.

John Adams said well to those politicians that want us to trust ourselves to their benevolent care and understanding:

"Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice."

"You can trust us" the politicians say."We never did this or that before" they say yet the Roman statesman, Juvenel asked the question "Who will guard the guardians?" Thomas Jefferson answered our local political people at all levels of Government.

"Free government is founded in jealousy, not confidence. It is jealousy and not confidence which prescribes limited constitutions, to bind those we are obliged to trust with power... In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in men, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution."

When black robed criminals subvert the Constitution to allow the arbitrary confiscation of private property and have interpreted "Pubic Use" to mean something that it never meant, namely, hostile takeover of private property for Commercial gain they are no different than Jezebel after Naboths vineyard for the wicked king Ahab, therefore I would say to them,

"Let no more be heard of confidence in Local politicians, but bind them down from mischief by the chains of a binding resolution preventing the use of Imminent Domain or annexation for the purpose of increasing tax revenue or any other frivolous endeavor."

Easter is here again and so with it all the pagan compromises that were adopted by the early Apostates often referred to as the Church Fathers. ( Those venerable bible correctors who brought us such deluded religious notions as prayers to the dead, prayers for the dead, image veneration and the Cult of the Virgin, not to mention "religion" in general)

Yours truly will be viewed as a nut or some other type of trouble maker simply for pointing out the truth in this issue. Many feel that this is merely a one time a year problem, and that we should either ignore this as an anomaly in an other wise orthodox world. The problem is that this paganism of the faith of Christ is not an anomaly it is the rule, not only on Christmas and Easter, but Sunday after Sunday , week after week!

And the problem is an ancient one.

Notice the command of Jesus, after instructing his people on their mission for him.
He tells them to teach..
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

John Gill in the 1600s understood the statement "all things" and commented on it :"every thing that Christ has commanded, be it what it will, and nothing else; for Christ's ministers are not to teach for doctrines the commandments of men; or enjoin that on the churches, which is of their own, or other men's devising, and was never ordered by Christ;"

Jesus Christ when dealing with false professors, stated in Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Now please pay close attention to what Jesus declares next:

Did Jesus declare that we celebrate his birth or death on a special day? Is there a commandment that requires or even permits a Christian to INVENT methods of worship and service? Please understand me clearly, to add to the will of God and to invent holy-days is simply another form of wonderful works that those crying Lord,Lord will one day have to give an account for. Those who reject His words, infusing their foolish imaginations, will give an account for every idle word. They are building upon the sand.

Jesus states again:

Mat 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
Mar 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Mar 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Easter is not the problem, a non-corrupted Church could not be persuaded to participate in such papist/pagan swill. Easter and Christmas observance are symptoms of a devolved "Church" if in fact it can be called a Church at all, devolved into Romanism's version of Babylon.

Easter and Christmas though no where mentioned or hinted at in the Bible as either special Days or days of honourable mention, are very good for the "business and marketing of Religion." Rome has always known that if you basically give the people what they want and cater to their depraved traditions, they will in turn give blind allegiance and surrender all their wealth to those in charge. If you can perpetuate the illusions for a few generations and rewrite the history books at the same time you can even convince them that they are not even Christian at all if they do not participate and therefore adhere to the traditions.

Ask the Local Pastor in MOST ANY LOCAL CHURCH, what are the two big days at his Religious edifice.

2. Celebrations of strictly Roman Catholic Holidays< Easter, Christmas, Lent,
3. Following Strictly Roman Catholic traditions: Infant Baptism, Holy Orders, Transsubstantiation, vespers,
4. Incorporating through the State, receiving protection, limited liability etc. ( as was originally done by Constintine.

Truly all these roads are leading to a one world system of religion and commerce.

Most Baptist Businesses this weekend will engage in Sunrise Easter Services. They will all wake up very early in the morning, get dressed in the New Easter Suites and dresses, Drive to a lake some where, face the east, use biblical references and accolades and simply be the Best Papists/Pagans they could possibly be!

If on the other hand, they decided to Be Churches of the Lord Jesus Christ and worship him in Spirit and in Truth they would face the backlash of the Masons and Papists that have filled their pews and also their coffers as they walked out. Yet they would have repented and returned to their first love. They would hear the tirades of Men Pleasers and Soul Stealers yet they would be comforted by the still small voice that would say, Well done, my good and faithful servant! Would there be persecution? Would there be ridicule? Assuredly. But what is that as compared to knowing that all is well with your soul! Those who are professing to be God's people yet who are building upon the sand and crying Lord,Lord to no avail will hate you and come against you. Your churches will most likely be culled down as you continue to take the unpopular stand against Romanism/Paganism/Masonry, and you may be hounded out into the streets by those who you thought were your friends. The average congregation of many a congregation would pare down to 10% or less as those who you thought were Christians were merely Traditionalists and not Christians at all. As all roads lead to Rome, yours will lead to the Cross!

The Lord however has many promises to those who obey him.
Rev 2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
Rev 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Rev 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Many today will make statements from their pulpits or platforms claiming that they are reading God's Inspired Word. I have heard Ocala Word of Faiths pastor say that the Bible is the Inspired Word of God. I have read where numerous pastors have stood up behind a pulpit ion their church with a Black book in their hands and Claim that they are preaching from God's Word and that they believe everything in the Book! God's Book Etc. But when pressed on the issue we find that there is something somewhat lacking in their ability to tell the truth and in fact they do not believe in an inspired bible at all, ANY WHERE, ANY PLACE and ANY TIME! A n example of this would be the Mishkan Messianic Group in Ocala Florida, I spoke with their leader on the radio the other day and come to find out he does not believe in an Inspired Bible of any kind that a person could pick up and read today. Yet on the website for the United Messianic Jewish Congregations of which this congregation is a member they state under their beliefs

Basic Standards: All congregations and fellowships who seek membership in the UMJC shall commit themselves to the following:

We believe the Bible is the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of G-d.

Simply put they LIE, or at least someone is not telling the truth as it was admitted on the radio that they in fact do NOT believe in an inspired Bible, at least not a real one of any kind that can be read with human eyes.

Another Example of the blatant double talk about the Bible can be found at one "Church of Christ" on their website they state:

We urge you to study the Bible alone as the only infallible guide in religious matters. We are not a sect; we have no creed books or manuals other than the Bible.

So I wrote them and said:

Dear Folks, I read you study on the Inspiration of the Bible today and
noted that you said that the Bible is Inspired, and is given by
inspiration of God, however some of your information was a bit
paraphrased, would you please recommend which bible is inspired, that is
which bible today is perfectly inspired and preserved without error today
and available for home study.
I believe that there was one reference with an NIV footnote on it.

Michael, no "version" of the Bible is inspired or perfect.

They are all copies.

The writers of the messages in them were inspired.

Now which Bible is the best one to study and understand as to what the
inspired writers tried to convey?

It is the Bible you will read.

Some Bibles are paraphases, some are a thought for thought, and some are
a word for word translation.

We at Scripturessay.com use either the NASB or the NNAS versions because
most Biblical scholars hold that they are a fairly true word for word
understanding.

When you get into versions like the NIV which focus on a general
understanding of the message the translator wished to convey, you get
into personal prejudices. They are easier reading, but sometimes easy is
not best. It is easy to mislead.

Peter said in 2 Peter 3:14 Therefore, beloved, since you look for these
things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless,
15 and regard the patience of our Lord to be salvation; just as also our
beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, wrote to you,
16 as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in
which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable
distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own
destruction.

Paul said in 2 Tim 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God
as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the
word of truth. ( yet there is no such a thing as a "word of truth")
The New King James is very good and when you compare it with the NNAS,
very little differences are noted.

The KJV has a lot of archaic terms no longer used today, therefore it
necessary to read it with a commentary or concordance to understand it in today's vernacular. And some commentaries vary more than Bible versions.

Our advice, get yourself the 4 or 8 version side by side and read them all.

If you are fluent in Spanish, get a side by side Spanish-English version
on the NASB, and you will be rewarded by reading from a different cultural viewpoint.

This is why SS.com is not a debate forum. Many would love to debate the undebatable.

So according to the Church of Christ at www.scripturessay.com, there is no such a thing as a Bible and yet they propound to preach the WORD of God? In another spot on their website they even go so far as to simply LIE about the KJV stating that it was primarily translated from Latin Vulgate.

Some Southern Baptist Churches have such statements of Faith about the bible as this one

:"The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is the record of God's revelation of Himself to men.... It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter... The criterion by which the Bible is to be interpreted is Jesus Christ."

And yet at the same time endorse the NIV, NASB, ASV and still use the KJV when needed and yet these various various translations when compared to each other are divergent in their content and doctrine. What most of them are really saying is NOTHING. They do not believe in an Inspired Bible at all. They believe in Inspiration, but not in an inspired Bible that exists today, or any day for that matter. Ask your pastor... Do you believe that the Bible is the Inspired Word of God, without any admixture of error? He will usually say Yes. Then ask him if he has a copy that is without any error or admixture of error. Ask him if the AV is Inspired with out any error, or the NIV or the ASV. What you will generally get is double talk about original inspiration. But then you have another problem, there has never been a time when all the original Copies were together at one time! So what he has just done is admit that he does not believe that there has ever been an inspired whole bible for anyone, notion 2000 years ago and certainly not today. I know this sounds harsh but these folks are not telling their people the truth about what they believe and so Americas congregations are becoming less and less faithful as they are getting less and less of God's Words preached to them. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

The Morons, ( Mormons) The Jehovah Witlesses, Adventists, Charismatics, Catholic, Most Baptist, Most Pentecostal, almost all Presbyterian, Quakers, Methodist, Nazarines, Church of Christ and a slew of others all have one thing in common. They do not believe in a present day, inspired Bible, ANY WHERE ANY PLACE AND AT ANYTIME.

OH sure , I might have a few Mis-spellings in this post, but unlike my scholarly denominational counterparts, I actually have a Copy of Gods Word and KNOW IT.

Praise God for Christ Jesus. Yet most, yes the VAST MAJORITY reject him and are without Christ...WITHOUT GOD in the world. Many a Church is filled to the rafters with unrepentant sinners hoping that God will look the other way and yet THEY ARE WITHOUT GOD in the world. Look and see through the scriptures has it ever been said a man was made right with who would not admit he was a sinner in need of a Saviour? Has there ever been a man who has come to Christ , admitted he was a Sinner but that he did not also admit his sin was was an affront to God? Look at Thessalonian who Paul encourages,
1Th 1:9 For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; Have there been those who came to Jesus with no knowledge of their sin? Would to God Sinners would come to God through the Saviour Jesus Christ.

Calling upon the name of the Lord. THE WHO? The Lord! A Sinner needs salvation and a man coming to Christ will be made aware of his particular sin. His Sinfulness in it and his separation from God because of it. Oh yes I know that we all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God, and that in Adam we all die, But I also know that no man ever came to a saviour who did not think he needed saving and no man ever thought he needed saving from a "nothing". What sayest thou? Hast thou come to the lifter of burdens with no specific burden? Have you come to the great physician with no idea you were sick? Have you come to the great emmancipator with no knowledge of your captivity in Sin and Death? Adulterer, fornicator, drunkard, effeminate, blasphemer, glutton, foul mouthed, hypocrite, rebel against all that is right and holy and Good which one are you? All of the above? When you came to Christ which one was such a burden upon your shoulders that you knew that you were doomed with out Christ Jesus? Which one of these sins did he look you in the eye over and say Go and sin no more?

A letter that I had written back in Feb 2001, that was not published but it is still timely. Hope it is a blessing and an education.

In a recent article in the "Voice of south Marion" I read about Brad Kings (DA, in OCALA)concern that "some jury members in a few cases disregard instructions from judges, thereby 'making their own law" while deliberating for a decision.....

While it may or not be better for the "jury:" to be selected from drivers records or voters records it certainly be better for every one involved if those in charge were to abide by the constitutions of the land and the intent of the framers of the said documents. The Idea of Judicial supremacy" that has invaded the Land is appalling
the Judge is not the Law! And the Judge is not above ignorance of the Law either. And also prejudices!
Alexander Hamilton made this very point in Paper No. 65:

"But juries are frequently influenced by the opinions of judges. They are sometimes induced to find special verdicts, which refer the main question to the decision of the court. Who would be willing to stake his life and his estate on the verdict of a jury acting under the guidance of judges who had predetermined his guilt?"

Brad may be right in his opinion that juries will be better informed via the voters registration files, but if his main concern is an informed jury, judging both the case at hand and the Law itself, as being a bad thing, Holding judges and lawmakers accountable for bad laws and bad decisions concerning those laws, he has missed the position of what law is all about in the first place,

Men do not make laws. They do but discover them. Laws must be justified by something more than the will of the majority. They must rest on the eternal foundation of righteousness. That state is most fortunate in its form of government which has the aptest instruments for the discovery of law.

The jury has an obligation to judge not only the defendant but also the law being used in the trial, they have a responsibility to ask questions that the prosecutor and the defense attorney have either refused to ask or were to afraid to ask, they also have the right to determine whether or not a judge should be HONORED or dishonored in regards to his or her instructions, with out fear of tyrannical "contempt charges" where a person is "lynched," that is found guilty of a crime invented by a judge, not allowed a trial, and sentenced, all without any regard to the constitution, or the rights guaranteed therein.
It is common today for judges to tell prospective jurors that they must apply the law as he gives it to them and that their business is simply to determine whether the defendant has broken the law or not. But that is not what was intended by the right to trial by jury in the Bill or Rights.

Thomas Jefferson said in 1782 (Notes on Virginia):

...It is usual for the jurors to decide the fact, and to refer the law arising on it to the decision of the judges. But this division of the subject lies with their discretion only. And if the question relate to any point of public liberty, or if it be one of those in which the judges may be suspected of bias, the jury undertake to decide both law and fact.

Then, recommending trial by jury to the French in 1789, Jefferson wrote to Tom Paine,

"I consider...[trial by jury] as the only anchor ever yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution...."

The District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals, in Unites States v. Dougherty, 1972, saying:

[The jury has an] unreviewable and irreversible power...to acquit in disregard of the instructions on the law given by the trial judge...The pages of history shine on instances of the jury's exercise of its prerogative to disregard uncontradicted evidence and instructions of the judge; for example, acquittals under the fugitive slave law.

A Day of preaching Freedom in Christ!

Today was a rainy day but it was none the less and eventful one. A GOD PRAISING DAY!

Brother James Lyman was with us again today for our three o'clock service and preached a heart pounding sermon on "The Man of God!" but before this he , his family and members of Freedom Baptist Church went to Ocala on the corner of 200 at the Burger King intersection by the K-mart Plaza and had a street preaching time of it. Brother Lyman was very encouraging and uplifting to th men and women as an example to BE a street preacher! They were out from about 11:30 till just before 2. MEAN while on the other side of Ocala I was at WOCA Preaching on the Radio on Cremation issue giving examples from the word of God which led of course to preaching the peril of Sodom and Gomhorra and all who would follow in their Sodomite unrepentant ways. They even gave me an extra 10 minutes at the studio!

From there I came back to the Church building at 2 pm. Taught a short lesson on the waste of worshiping through fables and jangling, To be honest I was physically pretty under the weather, but the Lord provided the strength and stamina.

We had a great time of fellowship afterwards! Thank you Martha for the Chicken PotPie with biscuits!

Anyway Looking forward getting some street preaching signs made up so the folks from church can go out more... I THINK SOME OF THEM GOT A REAL TASTE FOR IT NOW!

Personally I do not live in the doom and gloom, I live in Christ. I Preach against sin and the need for repentance from sin and faith and trust in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Some folks say that I am a Negative preacher! I suppose when one is living in sin and ignoring the bulk of Gods word in regard to Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness in Christ, and the only true freedom that is found in Service to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords I suppose that the Preaching I preach might seem Harsh and somewhat negative.

I must Say there is nothing that enjoy more than preaching and teaching the word of God and there is nothing more that I enjoy and find peace in than knowing that God is in Charge in all things. I have peace and tranquility most all of the time in regard to the world around me and at the same time an earnestness and eagerness to Preach the Gospel to every creature. THE WHOLE GOSPEL.

I know the world is Going to hell in a hand basket. I Also know that there are those who are hell bent on destroying the work of God and despise the preaching of the word of God's will with all of their hearts.

Should I dread? Should I despair?

No not at all I should be encouraged that God was right and that these things would come to pass. After all Ezekiel was told about the rebellious house about him

And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words,
though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be
not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a
rebellious house.(Eze 2:6)

Notice How the lord dealt with His disciples question in regard to the coming time of the end of the world and His personal return;

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be
not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is
not yet.
Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against
kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers
places.
Mat 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Even in the Beginning of sorrows he has told us and comforted us to BE NOT TROUBLED! The Lord is With thee. Even unto the end of the world.

What of preparing for times of trouble? Christian there need be no troubled heart in preparing for problems. When setting aside for the future you should not be dismayed at the prospects of whatever God hath determined will come to pass. Take no thought... we are told. Does Take no thought mean Do not Act? No not at all, what I believe is that the command to take no thought for the morrow has to do with Trusting God's plan and moving according to HIS PLANS not YOUR THOUGHTS.

Can a Christian have a Joy while he prepares while he serves the LORD. Jesus Said that he came that we might have life and that more abundantly. Joy that might be Full. Peace beyond understanding! Will you prepare for the coming battles with dread and heads hung low or with courage and with eyes upon the Captain of your salvation? Paul said with Joy in his heart that he fought a good fight and that he wared a good warfare.

He looked forward to the Crowns of Glory ,Righteousness, Life, Incorruptible that fadeth not away! The Overcomers Crown the Soul Winners Crown!

So what if we are to ware in this life Crowns of Thorns liken unto his! Let us do it as he did for the Joy that was set before him!

I was sent an E-Mail today with an interesting link to a WESH news story on it about 2 Lake County Deputies who got caught saying what amounts to a conspiracy to take away the freedoms of law Abiding Citizens. These Officers ADMIT that they like to get in peoples faces and harass folks even when they know they have no jurisdiction to even arrest them. What is more amazing is the Lake County Sheriff's blank stare comments about the event. I have it taped in the audio blog below this post. you really need to hear this to appreciate it. ( the cussing by the officers has been blotted out). The Photo to the left is Lake County's Sheriff. Call the Lake County Sheriff's department and find out exactly what is being done and if these guys are going beyond a little talk.....let them be made an example of. Just remember these guys are still on duty and YOU MIGHT BE NEXT! The Lake County Sheriff's Office said the voice on the message is Deputy Daniel "Scott" O'Neil talking to Deputy Daniel Hirsch.

Abortionists, Vaccinators and Other Population Control Agents

November 27th, WOCA radio 1370, in Ocala, we had another show on from 12:00 to 12:30. Today we covered the Right to Life Issue from a different angle. The Vaccination Angle! It seems from some of the research that I have been doing that many of the mediums for Vaccinations are what are called Human Diploid Cell Cultures, AKA leftovers from aborted babies that have been cultured and cloned and cultured and cloned. I went to a web site called the National Network for Immunization Information. They are a pro Vaccine group and have all sorts of information on this subject. In an article relating to babies being used as a harvesting medium they have written the following:

Some people have asked if some vaccines have components derived from human fetuses.

In fact, some vaccines are grown in cell cultures that were originally obtained from two human fetuses. In addition, the rubella virus used to make rubella vaccine was isolated from a third human fetus.

So in other words YES we did take Human beings and use them as harvest material.

Human Fetal Diploid Cells
Human diploid cells are batches of human cells that are grown in a laboratory. Unlike cancer cells, they have the same number of chromosomes as normal human cells.

Certain diploid cell strains are valuable in vaccine manufacture because these cells can be used for a very long period of time in the laboratory and are a reliable means by which many viruses that infect humans can be successfully and easily grown. Vaccines prepared in human diploid cells have proven to be very safe over the past several decades.

Two different strains of human diploid cell cultures made from fetuses have been used extensively for vaccine production for decades. One was developed in the United States in 1961 (called WI-38) and the other in the United Kingdom in 1966 (called MRC-5).

WI-38 came from lung cells from a female fetus of 3-months gestation and MRC-5 was developed from lung cells from a 14-week-old male fetus. Both fetuses were intentionally aborted,

INTENTIONALLY ABORTED! But they assure you that they were not aborted for the purpose of making the vaccination. It was just very convenient that they happened to be around when the babies were murdered I guess,,, (I digress) Anyway, the TRUTH of the matter is, that the medium base of many vaccines are founded in the root seed of Murder. The argument goes that they had no other alternative and in fact abortions are prevented because of the vaccines in question. I guess their argument is . lets make something positive out of something nefarious.

Anyway even the Vatican Pontifical Academy has sent signals for compromise on this issue Note:

A recent report from the Pontifical Academy for Life at the Vatican encourages pharmaceutical companies to seek alternatives to the development of vaccines linked with human fetuses, given the Catholic Church’s objections to cooperating with abortion. (11) The report also points out that in the absence of an alternative, these vaccines may be utilized “to avoid a serious risk not only for one’s own children but also, and more specifically, for the health conditions of the population as a whole – especially for pregnant women.” The Vatican Academy also noted that "the parents who did not accept the vaccination of their own children become responsible for the malformations [due to rubella infection] in question."

Then to add a guilt trip I guess they tell parents that If their Children Get sick from one of these diseases, that it is their falt and they will have to answer for it. I wonder if the same holds true that if when you get your kid vaccinated and the DIE or become seriously ill, autistic develop strange rare cancers etc. that those parents are also responsible for their actions in getting the kids vaccinated?

In my opinion I think if they thought they could get away with it they would have adds stating:

Don't let this happen to your child... Be Sure to Vaccinate!

This double reasoning and sophistry must end. ARE YOU PRO LIFE? HOW PRO LIFE are you? Are you pro life enough to actually trust God and Ignore the government propaganda these pharmaceutical companies are peddling?

One tip the NNII gives for being able to tell if a web site is telling the truth about vaccines is

"Does the Web site feature anecdotes (stories about individuals) about purported
serious adverse events instead of scientific evidence? If so, it is likely not a
credible source of information."

In other words if a web site has several cases of children who DIED or became autistic right after having a vaccine shot, DON'T LISTEN TO THOSE FOLKS! Yes...don't listen even though you can easily look up the death certificate information up yourself. Even though you can contact the parents! DON'T LISTEN TO THOSE FOLKS! Even if the Government has paid us hundreds of thousands of 'hushmoney' dollars to families of vaccine injured children (and of course now that even more vaccines are in the works, the Government is trying to shut down compensation to any additional victims.) DON"T LISTEN TO THEM! Who do they want you to listen to instead?
They also state not to listen to anyone who has a slant in favor of one side or the other. Then they list the following credible unbiased research helps... RED is BIAS

This Group, THE CDC were the ones responsible for trying to get ANTHRAX and small pox vaccines injected in every body, they came to Ocala, Florida at the Hilton ( or Marriott), we went to the meeting with a camera and watched as the CDC flanked by the Sheriffs department and a list of Power Point slides tried to convince everyone in the room they needed to go out right away because OSAMA was going to get them and get their ShOTS. Well, a few well placed questions and they exposed the list of things the vaccine could do to you , and the folks who should not get it kind of exposed the CDC for the propaganda machine that they are. I ask them the question straight forward, "If you make me get this shot and I die or become unable to provide for my family, will you care for them? Will you sign a paper stating that you will give my family 10 million dollars if this hurts me?.". Silence.. then, "No sir we won't." OK then,CDC LIARS are a great group to check with according to the vaccine makers and providers.. who else?

Another group with a vested interest in Vaccine promotion, who are actually the Federal Health and Human Resources branch of the Federal Government, who state in relation to Autism and the MMR vaccines:

Some parents and families of children with autism believe that the Measles/Mumps/ Rubella (MMR) vaccine caused their children’s autism. These parents report that their children were “normal” until they received the MMR vaccine. Then, after getting the vaccine, their children started showing symptoms of autism.
(By putting the word NORMAL in QUOTES they lay a groundwork of disbelief in the parents' word)
Because the symptoms of autism begin to occur around the same time as the child’s MMR vaccination, parents and families see the vaccine as the cause of the autism. However, just because the events happen around the same time does not mean that one caused the other. ( The same day? The Day after? But never the DAY BEFORE?) Although children receive many other vaccines in addition to the MMR vaccine, these other vaccines have not been identified as possible causes of autism.

These parents’ beliefs and observations were reinforced by a small study of
bowel disease and autism, published by Wakefield and his colleagues in 1998
(Wakefield et al 1998). The study’s authors suggested that there was a link
between the MMR vaccine and autism. This study did not include scientific
testing to find out if there was a link.(LIE) The authors relied on the reports of
parents and families of the 12 children with autism involved in the study to
make their suggestion. The study did not provide scientific proof that there was
any link.

NOW WATCH THE STUFF HIT THE FAN as they say (basically other than these studies which we do not like, ) there is no evidence that MMR causes Autism !Notice the final blither just in case you are still convinced that the autism your baby got the day after his shots was just a fluke.

Since this study was published in 1998, a number of other studies have also been published that suggested a link between the MMR vaccine and autism (Singh et al 1998; Horvath et al 1999; O’Leary et al 2000; Wakefield et al 2000; Kawashima et al 2000), but none of these provide scientific proof of such a link.

Now for the Blither:

To date there is no definite, scientific proof that any vaccine or combination of vaccines can cause autism. It’s important to know that vaccines actually help the immune system to defend the body.

We cornered them on the Issue in Ocala at their meetings. You should have seen their faces and the double talk that came from their lips..

These are the folks who are so caught up in the government subsidy money that comes from the vaccination programs that their word is almost useless. IF YOU DON'T VACCINATE and bring your kids in for their useless checkups THEY MAKE NO MONEY! Simple. They have a vested interest, plus they are as ignorant as all get out about anything natural or outside of the BOX of the WHO and CDC. Quite a shame really, many of them are pretty nice folks. If you want horror stories about a few however they can be readily supplied.

So the Vaccine folks, who use murdered baby parts, Mercury, Anti freeze and other poisons, ( not to mention the total lack of HEALTH and NUTRITION information or alternatives to vaccination information) are the ones to be trusted and the MOMs and DADs and the Doctors with their research that contradicts them are to be ignored and played down. Those in the health and nutrition field are quacks but those Dr. Jekylls who prescribe Similac and other baby formulas for MOMs to feed their babies instead of Breast Milk are to be listened to? It was not long ago these folks were recommending Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk as Baby food!

We brought up the Vaccine Issue to get to the Prolife Issue so we could actually show the Abortionist for what he is and to warn folks who are against Abortion of other things that the Baby parts are used for that come from the Abortionist. We brought up the cosmetic industry as well as a few other topics. Named the butcher of Ocala Dr. Pendergraft as the monster opportunist that he is. He brags he is a 2000$ per hour man in the abortion field. He is a beast. I think he may even be in jail now, for trying to pull an extortion on the County Commission. Anyway, what I said was the two ways to get rid of these folks. ONE: Lead them to Christ. TWO: Starve them out. Picketing is one thing, and it does a job. However it is not enough. If a person is in your town and his business is a plague, the laws of supply and demand can be brought to bear.
First: Talk to them face to face, or at least find out if someone already has about the offensiveness of the business and the fact that the business is contrary to the word of God. He may just be another Lost person in need of A Saviour, If he repents and receives Christ he will close the doors of the Murder factory.
Be sure to send him gospel tracts and taped sermons sharing the Lord Jesus Christ and his saving mercy and grace. Let him know what the bible teaches about separation, and how a nation or city that rejects God is subject to God's wrath. Let him know that a people who tolerate a grievous sin in their midst and say or do nothing will be held accountable, not only for their silence but for the sin they could have prevented. If he refuses to repent, hardens his heart, then put the Moses plan into effect. See Exodus chapters 5-9

If you see someone cutting his grass and they are a commercial lawn service, If that person is cutting your grass, pull them aside and let them know that as long as they are cutting the grass of the beast in your midst, he can not cut yours. If you have a lawn service, plumbers business, roofing business etc. and you say your pro life, do not do any business with the offending party. Not for his buisness, his home, or his employees homes. Ostracize him until he either repents or leaves. Take pictures. Put them on the net. Continue to offer him the opportunity to repent and get right with God. Never stop preaching that Jesus wants all men everywhere to repent. But if they will not repent, let them be as a heathen man and a publican, have no fellowship with them , neither their works of darkness but rather reprove them.

Finally after tirading on about this for a time the bottom line was given.

If you are a Lost person, who does not know Jesus Christ as Saviour. If you are a so called fornicating, drunkard, adultress Christian who sits around watching the world in envy, trying to emulate the wickedness about you then you are going to leave this life and DIE and BURN in the same hell that the Abortionist is going to Burn in. You will fry right next to all the Sodomites and Child molesters who you profess to hate and despise. You might as well join the abortionist and the pornographer and the beasts controlling the WHO and the CDC and have at it. Jesus Christ came to Save us and to Change us! To bring us into a relationship with himself where old things are passed away and behold all things are become new... he that hath the Son hath life! Would to God Christians would be Christ like. Another thing mentioned was the hypocrisy. Christian , if you really want to know what a Christian is supposed to look like, act like and dress like, go ask a Pagan or some other drunkard lost person. They will tell you. No one can spot a hypocrite Christian like a Lost Person. After all, YOU'RE THE REASON THEY GIVE FOR NOT COMING TO CHRIST MORE THAN ANY OTHER REASON!

Saturday, November 26th;

I went out today with a couple of fellows from Church to do a little visiting, door knocking and Lord Permitting, Soul Winning. We had a [pretty nice time and I met quite a few new people, around Belleview all but two were polite, one living over by the library was simply rude, ( not nasty, just sort of un cordial and impolite and wanted nothing to do with Jesus, he was the exception. I went into the Lakeview Motel, visited with two who said they were saved and one who said he was a Pagan he said he tried the whole "being saved" thing but that Paganism really filled his void. I said what do you mean you were saved, the whole saved thing... he said.. well his girlfriend did it for him in a church... I said son you were never saved, and have no idea what your talking about, he was on his way to work at I think Burger King, pray for him, he is on his way to hell, and thanks to a Girlfriend, he thinks he was saved and it just did not "FEEL right". mean while he is on his way to Hell. The two others I visited in there, one was a convicted Sex offender, ( long story) the other was a fellow named Jack who said he would like to come to church and that he had gotten saved a longtime back ( we will see, I am sending someone to get him tomorrow). After the Motel, We handed out a few tracts around the park, and to the ambulance drivers who were hanging out at the LION's Club. We also went over to 2 Nursing homes ( assisted living facilities) in Belleview and Shared Jesus with those who could understand, One old man , (he was 91) was very alert, his problem was his legs, talked to us, he had a great strong hand shake, but he was Lost in need of a Saviour!, We spoke with him about Jesus, and offered him the Free Gift of Eternal life, I thought for a moment that he would accept it, but he turned it away saying "not today.... not today..." it was sad to leave him. but we needed to go, We then went over by the Church and got a few more tracts and visited the neighborhood around the church, I must say it was a very COLD neighborhood all in all, Lots of Folks simply stuck in their traditions and many who were simply NOT interested in JESUS CHRIST at all. Sure we got a few of the dead stare drone responses, " I'm A Catholic, I Am a Methodist, I Am A Baptist....) but we Also had a couple folks who had a good testimony for Christ and his saving Love. Most however were just to apathetic and careless when it came right down to it. One yound man, answered the Door ..
"I am a Catholic"... I said Yes sir, but are you a Christian? he was Lost, I explained to him salvation according to the word of God. and asked him if he would like to confess Christ and receive him as Lord and Saviour.... he said...." Not now... not now... I am embarrassed....".. OH pray for him...

the Biggest obstacle of note.... the Foot ball game was on. gators v seminoles.

Would to god, that Gods people would dedicate themselves to Christ with the same fervor that the football cultists dedicate themselves to their pig skinned god.

Observations:
We went to McDonalds and they were coming in in droves, Dressed according to which god they were going to serve, some orange and blue and some in a wine colored and gold, there were even a few in Blue and Gold. I wondered to my self, why so many people would fuss about going to Church and dressing like a Christian on a daily basis and at the same time so many would dress right for a football game a battle bumper to bumper traffic for miles and miles just to watch a foot ball game..

Give them a Place easy to get to, not to far away , a free meal a short Sermon and a Tax Deduction for coming and giving a little . Put on a Show, don't raise a fuss, let them dress as they wish and never say anything about their particular Political god and sports deity and they will come if they have nothing better to do to worship( sort of) the God.

Give them a Long had ride, a hard wooden seat, make them pay through the nose for food. Make it as costly as possible and don't let them in unless they put a lot of money in the coffers. Make it as loud as possible, make sure there is no place for them to ditch their kids and be sure to have a filthy bathroom. and they will come and bow before the great God of their life with out ever making a protest!

The Slaughter of the Innocents
In today's society SEX is everywhere, almost every T.V. show, advertisement, commercial, movie and sporting event is sold with sex to one degree or another. Music that is suggestively sexual is used behind the images and so what you have is a virtual brainwashing of everyone. Those who would have it no other way, are not satisfied however with the normal areas that we might think that this assault is taking place, they are always looking for more and more ways to bring to the minds of our children those things which should be reserved either in parental decision or marriage bed learning. These sensual brute beasts, as the bible refers to them, will invade your schools and even your local libraries. Not satisfied with having ream after ream of depraved novels in the adult section in an ever expanding definition of freedom of speech, they need also bring their ideas to the sections of the library where you would think that children would be safe and away from such images. But as Marion County is beginning to see, the average librarian has almost no clue as to what is to be put on ta shelf for little children and what might be put on a shelf for adults only. A typical example is a book that I saw at the library here in Belleview a while back called " Mommy Laid an Egg" . Drawn in characters similar to those drawn by my 5 year old ( though with better perspective,) the book is in the children's section on a shelf about 5 feet from the ground, yet unmarked as a book with sexually explicit images or references. Made to be cute and a little stupid, the book goes on to tell the "way" preteen what goes into where ( with drawings) and then just how many ways "what can go into where".

the children's book tells your daughter or son as they sit in the children's section of the library. Now just in case you are wondering if they will tell them exactly how they can go about getting This to Fit in here, all little Johnny or Judy needs to do is turn the page and see that sex is a game to be played! Dressed like clowns, riding skate boards,

playing with balloons or playing on a Hippity Hop. The book shows the children in no uncertain images, sex on the playground. The children reading this book already play on skate boards , play with balloons and Hippity Hops and play dress up like clowns. and so now they have more games to play? IMAGES, IMAGES,IMAGES... ASSAULTING THE INNOCENCE of those least able to distinguish the assault as being an assault! Little minds being programmed to be the desensitized youth of tomorrow.

When I brought this book to the attention of the local librarian, she was polite and quite coy. OH yes.. what seems to be the problem. I said "Well for one, why would this book be in the section set aside for grade school children and younger. could we please put this book behind the counter or in a section where only adults can access it."?... "OH", I was told," that was not going to happen." "Parents should watch their children and keep an eye on them. " I said, "this book is in the section of the library where parents assume that their children will not be subject to this sort of thing." Could we please put this book where the children can not get to it with out an adult?"" NO we are not going to do that. "

Well parents what should we do? BTW, this was not the only book in the children's section of the library in Belleview that was of this nature. Also take note, the Belleview Library is the Belleview Library in building only. Those behind the book selection are not employed by the city of Belleview, they are employed by the Marion County Commission, which oversees the Marion County Library System. Belleview made, in my opinion, a huge mistake surrendering our library to the Marion County Library System, ( not to mention the 600K plus in money Belleview sent them, only to have the proposed new library placed OUTSIDE THE CITY, that's another story.)

Let the librarian know that you do not want this book and others like it in easy reach of your children, in fact you do not want it in the children's section at all. In fact if you had your rathers you would not have it in the library at all. But you will be satisfied with them simply and without any cost to them, moving the book out of the children section. Also call your Local County Commissioner as well as the local paper. Belleview is NOT Ocala, they might not mind that sort of thing over there, but we do mind it over here.

Let our children grow up without the Mental Sexual Assaults!

DECEMBER 20th BOOZE ON SUNDAY IN BELLEVIEW.... VOTERS DECIDE

Today at city hall in Belleview, the date was officially set for a vote on the issue of Booze in Belleview on Sundays. The issue is weather or not Belleview will return to her traditional stance prohibiting Booze Sales for Consumption on Sundays or will Belleview stay WET on Sundays as decreed by Mayor Steve Bairstow's former commission's 3-2 vote. Belleview will decide. that is the PEOPLE will decide. The Commissioner met at 5:30 and had to decide on two items of business.

1. the date and

2 the wording.

The Date was set for December 20th 2005, Commissioner Paul Anderson raised Concerns in regard to having a vote so close to the holidays but City Lawyer Fred Vance let everyone know that the time for deciding Time was rather over, the election HAD to be held before January 14th according to City Charter. Sandy McKamey the city clerk let us all know that Dee. Brown , Supervisor of Elections had picked December 20th and said that it was the best date considering the new laws coming into effect as of January 1st that would require new ballot machines with touch sensitive boards for blind people, The city does not have them yet. And even if we did get them on time they are expected to have glitches. So in a Vote 3-0 the date was Set. Next came the wording, which was also limited according to state law having to have 79 words ( I think, I will find out for sure) and so after a little tweak here and there the wording was accepted and another 3-0 vote was had. Commissioner Loar making motions to accept both times and Commissioner Anderson making the seconds.

Commissioners Ken Nadeau and Michael Goldman were not in attendance.

Robert Dobkowski ( Bobby D) from DAY STAR RADIO 89.5 in down town Ocala (Heard M-F 10-12) who is also the Chairman of the Small Town Charm Committee of 50 was also at the meeting.

Also in attendance were Austin Miller of the Banner and Clay Waldron of the Voice of South Marion.

OH Yes , And I was at the Meeting.

ON Section B, the words " In Addition" were added just before the words " On Sunday" As this is Written a Vote " For the Proposed Ordinance" would bring repeal the ordincance passed By the Bairstow Commission. The Law would revert back to limiting the sale of Booze for Consumption in bars and lounges and pubs and restaurants to only 6 days a week the way it had been for decades.

My Opinion.
VOTE FOR THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE. Keep Belleview a City with Small Town Charm..A Vote Againt the Ordinance will leave Belleview the most Booze friendly ( hour and day wise) place in Marion County.

We started the day off at about 12 noon at the Cascades in Ocala Florida on Silver Springs Blvd With the NEW Freedom Forum for Jesus. ( The Churches Freedom Forum II) My trusty Side kick Chuck was with me today and was a great help. We left about 11:am and got there about 11:45, fed the fish and then Shared the word of God. Well once in the studio Chuck and I set up to do the show. The Bible in hand and the headphone on we started the show. Chuck did a great job helping out.

After the radio show at the cascades is was a rush back to Church to get ready for Brother James Lyman and Family and Brother Victor and his wife. These two are street preachers, and when I say street preachers I MEAN PREACHERS! Not those limp wristed leftovers that you see coming into the conventions and seminaries but the Kind you would expect to see when your looking for someone who is a MAN OF GOD. Brother Lyman Preached and then Brother Victor Preached and we had a great time. You really must have Brother Lyman come out and share with you his compassion and Boldness in Christ.

The Joy of seeing these Men of God encouraging and admonishing and exhorting just as the word of god declares they should. They have left us a standard of service to Christ that would be great to emulate. I know for sure that brother Lyman would be more than happy to have company out in the streets as he Preaches Freedom and Repentance to a Lost and Dying world. Brother James Lyman gave a Fantastic presentation on his ministry street preaching around the world. and showed just where our priorities need to be... SEEKING TO SAVE THAT WHICH IS LOST!

Brother Lyman is one of the most earnest Men of God that I have ever met. His zeal and stamina in the face of Satan's crowd is beyond that which I have seen in street preachers today. I would highly recommend you having him come to your church . but BEWARE.. he hold nothing back!

The Special Election as to the issue of Booze on Sunday will be held in Belleview, on December 20th of this year! When I found this out yesterday I was really shocked that it would happen so soon, butthe SOONER THE BETTER to rid Belleview Booze on Sunday!

What a great Victory for the people who had been so ingnored and mocked by those who had said NO to booze in Belleview. And to those who REFUSED TO ALLOW THE CITIZENS IN BELLEVIEW TO VOTE on this Issue.

Southern Baptist Convention refuses to address the issue of having churches investigate their area schools to see if the Local Schools have Sodomite Clubs and Sodomite friendly curriculum, and that if it is found out that they those schools are Sodophiles That Christians in those churches should be encouraged to REMOVE their Children from those schools in favor of a Christian Education.

Dr Bob Dreyfus had submitted a resolution as a Member of Moss Bluff Baptist Church in Oklawaha Florida, Some woman then came to the podium and addressed the issue in generic terms, not once letting the people in the room know what the issue was. She then told everyone that the Florida Convention already had a policy on School and a separate policy on Sodomites ( she called them Homosexuals) and that Bob's resolution would simply not be entertained.
( this was just after the resolution to blindly follow George W. Bush and his policies, including but not limited to, anything the troops do or get involved in, any future evolvement that President G.W.B get us into in the war on terror, etc etc.. BTW NOTE: this was the ONLY resolution that was read and passed with everyone being told to stand during it's reading and passage.. It passed Unanimously!)

Back to the resolution: Bob then took to the podium and addressed the convention, I have it on tape, and said basically that he was disappointed with their decision to DO NOTHING. He tried to give the statistics etc about the problem. and was cut short. the moderator stating that. " We do everything decent and in Order". Today we went to First Baptist Church in Ocala for the Florida Baptist Convention ( SBC) to hold signs to encourage them to pass a resolution in regard to supporting Christian Education for Christian Children and to investigate Sodomite infestations in Public schools in their area. Here we have our first confrontation with a Public School supporter who had NOTHING to give in defense of his position, well he had a nice smile and a quick comment, felt sort of like getting a kiss from Judas! I was told later that he hiked up his panties and tried the same thing with Dick Gray.. I wish I had been there for that. Anyway.. QUOTE THE BIBLE to them .. they are helpless against the Word of God. Listen to the Audio! ( I only wish I had the recorder running when he stopped) BTW, the challenge is still open!

Was there every any Doubt? Politicians be on Notice! Belleview Citizens CARE about their town! No politician knows empirically, or intuitively ANYTHING! That is why we have hearings and studies and workshops and surveys and petitions and REFERENDUMS so that Politicians can know what their constituents want and need.
Granted there may be a few cases where a politician with inside information needs to save a hysterical mob from harming themselves, thank God no situation like this has ever happened in Belleview. The Attribute of simply KNOWING what folks really want, regardless of what they are saying is something only God himself can ever know.
Those are attributes that only God has been equated with. Well, God and a few others THINKING they know, on a couch in therapy.

On the other hand, if a person is elected, RUNNING AGAINST SOMEONE ELSE, where his or her views can be plainly brought out in debate and opinion as case can be made to the effect that voters voted someone in KNOWING their plain convictions. Again this has not been the case in many city elections where someone can run time and time again, unopposed simply by waiting and watching to see if anyone is running for a seat or not and then walking into that seat. ( not that one doing that would need to be out of touch with reality or the voters if that were to happen, yet how can one know what folks want, and more importantly, how can folks know what a candidate stands for without a clear debate on issues or position papers, articles etc.?)

So what Happened in Belleview? Hearings... Majority showing up time and time again were against changing the alcohol ordinance yet politicians KNEW what they really wanted. Petition after petition of proven local people, past politicians, business leaders, and every pastor save one or two who made no opinion, openly gave counsel (along with portions of their congregations from the LOCAL AREA counseling against changing the ordinance, and yet some politicians saw plainly, and clearly that a majority of people in the area WANTED change.

Anyway, Even most of those who were for the ordinance change, not including those with $$ interests, were in favor of letting the VOTERS decide the issue, The MAYOR AND PAULA said NO way. NO VOTE, and yet without much effort and with a petition written by the City of Belleview enough signatures were gotten PLUS a few score extra demanding a vote on the issue! DON'T BE SHOCKED! Folks on both sides of the isle despise politicians telling voters that they (the voters) are thinking something they are not!

Dear new Belleview City counsel take heed, Listen to the voters.
Dear Belleview voters take heed LISTEN to what is coming out of the candidates mouths before you vote November 8th for city commission.

No one measures up! Preachers point that out! Preachers make mistakes and have problems of their own , and rather then listen to the word of God the Lost seek to use the preachers problems and an excuse to ignore their own. It is easy to point to the preachers problem or error in order to justify ones own rebellion. No one measures up!

Even the preachers who are not perfect...(that is all of us) are to preach against Sin and compromise with Sin , Sinners, and the Sinful.. showing that the ONLY REMEDY is Repentance and Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His shed Blood and His Resurrection from the dead. Jesus Christ is the ONLY remedy for Sin and sins wages.. DEATH. The preacher is offensive because the world thinks that their are other ways to be forgiven other than Repentance and Faith in Jesus Christ. Their good works, comparative goodness to others etc. To be honest most pastors are way to busy trying to be gentlemanly and polite to every hope to be able to preach or teach gods word. And most Church folks who are offended are not Christians anyway and their pastors are generally speaking more interested in retirement that the flock they are placed over, too afraid to preach standards and separation, afraid they will run off their pension and retirement plan. Too afraid to rock retirement so to speak, to afraid to loose the tax exemption! Oh a Sad day indeed.

Should preachers sit back and allow ungodly persons to rule unchecked by the words of God?

Should preachers sit back and ignore unrighteousness by governors and rulers or should they preach against their sin too?

Should preachers keep their preaching limited to the 4 walls or should they preach on every house top and in every corner?

The offended say yes

I had a wonderful time with Robert Clarkson from www.patriotnetwork.info yesterday in Orlando Florida, had a nice time and was able to network with other thinkers in the privacy world. I would recommend him as someone who is dedicated to your privacy and financial well being. the meeting was about 3 and a half hours and was casual and informative. What to do and what not to do kind of stuff if you are contacted by anyone wanting to steal your money under colour of Law. There was also at the Meeting a fellow from the John Birch Society selling tickets to see Congressman Ron Paul, who was also in Orlando that day, ( 50 FRN's per ticket).

To Be honest I am NO FAN of the John Birch Society as they are not friendly to local issues whatsoever and even have a book out called TANGENTS dedicated to " Neutralizing Movements that undermine that work of what they refer to as patriotic Americans preserving freedom"

Among his tangents that neutralize are ideas that Americans who believe that the Income tax is unjust and misapplied to Average Americans, They are against new political parties, as well as against the biblical understanding of Christianity, They are benign towards the masons and have no flavor for Local activism and in their desire to see the US out of the UN they ignore or dissuade their members from getting involved in places that they could actually get something done namely on the Local Level.

Their position on civil Disobedience is in direct opposition to the Founding Fathers actions and positions , and if they had been followed by Washington and Madison to their logical conclusion as stated in their publications there never would have been an America to be Patriotic about.

obey ALL CIVIL and PROPER LAW that protect life , Liberty and property.
Questionable laws should be obeyed until they can be legally corrected or
repealed by an orderly legislative process" Tangents Page 17 ..

Anyway , He was nice and even so green that he even denied that a publication like the one in front of me on my desk could possibly exist from the JBS. O Well.

As for the rest of the meeting we had a great time, had supper at a Denny's right around the corner and then came home after a brief trip to the Altimont Springs Mall... No thanks not again...

The Great Deception!

Boy o Boy has she done some writing here and from a Christian Mothers Point of view that Blesses my heart. here are a few samples from her posts:

1. The Idiot Box:
We haven't watched network television in our home for about 6 years. It actually happened quite by accident that the one-eyed 'god' was removed from our midst: a lightening bolt hit somewhere very close to our house and our power momentarily was gone. When it came back......no t.v. Of course, I was a bit upset. There I was, listening to the early evening news broadcast when this whole thing occurred . I never got to hear the end! Well, I remembered that we had an extra set in another room( that had not been plugged in) so I hurried over to fetch it, moved it into my room and plugged it in.....NOTHING!!! I thought..."hmmm, probably a bad outlet" and so I plugged the set in somewhere else.....still NOTHING!!! Ok...let me test this, I thought, so I took a lamp and plugged it into the outlet. It worked! This made no sense to me at the time but I now believe that the Lord just said 'enough is enough' and pulled the plug pemanently.When I look at the 'boob tube' now, it's usually at someone else's home or at the store. I thank God that he used the forces of nature that he created to force me out of the t.v. life......

2. Infanticide is Here to stay:
Infanticide Is Here To Stay......I heard a local radio talk show host announcing that 'pro-lifers' would be involved in the annual Life Chain this Sunday. He was encouraging all the area churches to come down and take part to raise awareness about the evil of abortion.Of course abortion is murder. There is no way that anyone with half a brain can refute that fact. Is it something that should be used if a mother's life is in danger? If she is raped? My personal opinion is no-on both counts. Do I think Christians should stand against it? YES! We should fight against abortion and the doctors that kill those little lives. We should voice our objections to the barbaric act and do whatever necessary to save those babies. Do I think we should stand up in the Life Chain Sunday? ....... No. I think the time has long since passed where standing with signs and drawing attention to the community's unity against abortion will work to change anything. The only thing that will work immediately is to shut the clinics down any way possible and to keep them shut down. You're not going to do that by holding up signs, singing hymns and holding hands. Unfortunately, most Christians aren't radical enough to take the abortion mills to the next level.......

The Aleopathic LIE:
There are not many things that get me ruffled. In my 47 years, I have witnessed crimes, assaults and perversions. I have seen loved ones turn on each other, I have seen babies die, I have seen marriages fall apart and I have seen awful calamities take place involving young and old. All these things are part of 'life' and you learn to cope and go on.Becoming a born-again Christian 21 years ago has helped me to cope and go on. I am sure that without Christ working in my life day to day, I would be unable to face the day at all many times. I tend to have a bit of a cynical nature and have to work hard at overcoming pessimism (an attribute that seems to be a part of my Russian heritage I'm afraid,) it's a trait that is hard to shake.With that said, I have to admit that as a Christian mother, there is a prevailing deception in this world that affects Christian and non-Christian mothers alike which angers and frustrates me beyond many of the 'wrongs' we see today. This is the deception that the field of medicine, with it's doctors and the medical societies that they embrace, are all knowing and justified in all their actions without proof!.......

Tammy Moore, Mayoral candidate, I have seen no signs out on the highways yet, but have seen a small sign in the waffle house with a BIO, Tammy's positions on property rights and taxes are well spelled out in the little tract. I will try to get one and put it up here.

Fred the fellow running against Michael Goldman still seems to be invisible, , if anyone has any information on him please post it here.

Michael Goldman, the fellow running against Fred, called me the other day and we had a nice conversation, He stressed his concerns for responsible growth in Belleview, and his desire to listen to those who elect him if he wins. He also shared his Testimony for Christ, and without hesitation proclaimed Him Lord of His life!

Dr. Shelly, Mayoral candidate, allegedly called 911 a few days back, possible 2 weeks ago, about some problem he was having and when his need was not met he told them that he WAS the MAYOR ! If anyone out their has any information on this please post it here. If you wish send me an e-mail and let me know.
Also I was told that His signs had to be changed , seems he was Declaring himself to BE the Mayor and the Police commissioner in them and left to word "FOR" off the signs. Plus I was told that Dee Brown handled the situation well!
I have not spoken to him personally yet.

It has taken four long days for state and federal officials to figure out how to deal with the disaster in New Orleans. I can't blame them, because it has also taken me four long days to figure out what is going on there. The reason is that the events there make no sense if you think that we are confronting a natural disaster.

If this is just a natural disaster, the response for public officials is obvious: you bring in food, water, and doctors; you send transportation to evacuate refugees to temporary shelters; you send engineers to stop the flooding and rebuild the city's infrastructure. For journalists, natural disasters also have a familiar pattern: the heroism of ordinary people pulling together to survive; the hard work and dedication of doctors, nurses, and rescue workers; the steps being taken to clean up and rebuild.

Public officials did not expect that the first thing they would have to do is to send thousands of armed troops in armored vehicle, as if they are suppressing an enemy insurgency. And journalists--myself included--did not expect that the story would not be about rain, wind, and flooding, but about rape, murder, and looting.

But this is not a natural disaster. It is a man-made disaster.

The man-made disaster is not an inadequate or incompetent response by federal relief agencies, and it was not directly caused by Hurricane Katrina. This is where just about every newspaper and television channel has gotten the story wrong.

The man-made disaster we are now witnessing in New Orleans did not happen over the past four days. It happened over the past four decades. Hurricane Katrina merely exposed it to public view.

The man-made disaster is the welfare state.

Belleview News. Collums Automotive Burns

Today in Belleview my daughters came to me while I was on the computer and said

Daddy daddy there is black smoke comming up over the house by the road!

So I and my son ran out of the house and got on our bicycles and road up the street to see one sheriff and Mr Collum and one other fellow standing outside watching his automotive shop burn. Gasoline, oil, a tar roof, and other gasses and tanks made for quite a fire. When we got there it was already pretty much burning and Mr Collum was asking

" where is the fire department, where is the fire department, did you call them... where are they.. its only AROUND THE CORNER!
First truck to arive

The deputy assured that they had been called and we watched the place burn some more, explosions and flame thrower type techno blasts. Then about 3-5- minutes after I got there with my son the fire department arived with one truck, another few minutes and they had their gear on and the hoses out and the water on. two guys on one hose. and the others getting the rest of the equipment ready. A few minutes later the place was totally engulfed in flames and the sherrif had moved to block the street up by 114th st rd. A few other fire truck came by and stayed to help out but it was way to late even when the first trucks got their to save anything. Mr Cullum was put into the ambulance for what looked like a little oxygen.
The fire Departments from various areas helped out and about 20 minutes in one hooked up to a hydrant for more water. we stayed for about an hour to watch. and take pictures so that YOU the citizens of Belleview could see what went on. When it was all over but the clean up not much remained but a shell of a building and a few burned out cars, at least two of which were inside the garage and two outside.

A Lovely time gathering signatures yesterday around believe for the petition to allow believe citizens to vote on the alcohol issue.

Today was a great day at Church, Started at two as normal, brother Dick Gray taught the Sunday School class on the issues involving Money and Deception and other government oddities (smile) He is using a booklet along with the bible, The booklet is written by Brother Peter Kershaw, from www.hushmoney.org, he wrote the book " In Ceasars Grip" a book about keeping a Church Free and unincorporated and Unregistered. The little booklet is called Economic Solutions, ( Highly recommended)

We had a covey of folks that flew in from the forest today! Great to see them all! Brother Dennis sang for us as well as Brother Dick Gray and his wife Martha (Good stuff!) Preached on the Need to be Spiritual! To see things according to the word of God and not the whims of man. Had a great time. And then afterward we had a Great Fellowship on the grounds! Well I guess we had about 25 or so come out, Miss Jan was home taking care of a very sick animal, and Doc Dreyfus was on the road again.

oh BTW WE HAD healthy food too at our fellowship, my wife and I brought Melons and grapes etc. They were great!

Ocala Banner takes sides..Not for Free will but for Silent Christians

The Ocala Banner this week decided to take sides as it were via their assistant editor in the editorial section Bill Thompson's opinion page in the Sunday paper, he referred to anyone in favour of changing the ordinance back to its original form as an AGITATOR. An Agitator? Sounds like a communist insider or an Italian brown shirt. Which was what Bill was most likely after, Label those who you disagree with in terms associated with the filth of the world or the dangerous elements of society and hope the label sticks and folks begin to associate your victim with a nutcase or a dangerous NAZI group, even if only subconsciously. A very sad commentary on a major institution, then again, a friend of mine who worked for the head paper that bought the Ocala star banner years ago told me that his paper did not purchase small town papers for their news content, but rather for their left leaning liberal editorial pages.

Freedom encludes free will

In case you missed it, the raging Belleview booze brawl appears headed to the voters. City commissioners, by the same 3-2 margin that repealed the city's alcohol blue laws in July, recently snubbed the frustrated temperance forces who wanted the board to reverse its reversal.

Now, the activists, self-dubbed The Committee of 50, seek to have voters decide whether wine and alcohol -- beer sales were already legal -- should be sold on the Christian Sabbath. Expect the outcome in November.
These statements are simply "Misrepresentations of reality, First of All, the Small Town Charm Committee was dubbed the Committee of 50 by the lawyer politician Steve Bairstow, NOT by anyone open the committee, and the issue of voters deciding the issue at a high cost to the taxpayers was the MAYOR's DECISION and no one else's, He was given the option of having it upon the regular ballot at almost NO COST to Belleview but decided rather to force the work of petitions and then a special election. THAT WAS AGAIN THE MAYORS CHOICE.. Hey but what does he care how the taxpayers foot the bill.. HE IS MOVING OUT OF TOWN ANYWAY.. On another point the deceptive Bill has again misrepresented the whole truth, he said that beer sales were already legal, but failed to mention the issue at hand being twofold, one sales of wine to be added to beer in supermarkets, and the OTHER for consumption of premises where beer WAS NOT ALLOWED before. Bill simply is playing word games to guide a point. Also note the Idea of the "Christian Sabbath was never mentioned in the petition, but rather Sunday, the issue that Bill is hiding is the issue of ONE day. I have told several reporters from the Banner that brought up the same notion to me, that I would be glad to exchange Friday or Saturday for Sunday if that is what they are referring to. The issue is ONE day. The one day when the people in the area are MOST LIKELY to have their entire families in a car with them at one time.

Belleview's battle reminded me of a recent homily by Father Pat Sheedy at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.

Fr. Pat told the tale of a dry town in Georgia suddenly confronted with a saloon owner determined to upset their tee-totaling ways. He built a bar, prompting the town's Christians to collectively pray for God to do something.

A violent storm blew through the next day. A bolt of lightning zapped the bar, which was instantly engulfed in flames and reduced to ashes.

The bar owner sued the faithful, alleging they were responsible for his establishment's demise. The Christians immediately hired their own lawyer and shot back that it was ridiculous to hold them accountable for a legitimate act of God.

The presiding judge took one look at the case and drew an intriguing conclusion: the bar owner clearly believed in the power of prayer and the Christians didn't.

Bill's meandering here is quite interesting, he at once wishes to drag a Church leader into his argument and at the same time leave the official doctrine of the church he attended in the street as he begins his argument against those who he defames as agitators. The issue is not whether or not a make believe story about lightning proves a lack of faith on Christians but " Should those who live in a community have laws that are in accordance with their Beliefs abd faith, In Bill's world it would seem that faith and feet have no common denominator. In other words , it is OK to believe something to be truth and right and good, but it is not OK to act upon it. He fails to remember the document that states that Government must be at the consent of the Governed. Watch as Bill develops his argument..

While they still might prevail at the polls, had the agitators convinced city residents that Sunday booze sales were truly evil, it seems the ranks of blue-laws backers would have grown, and sheer numbers would have swayed at least one commissioner to maintain or reinstate the ban. Now, the city will spend thousands of dollars to settle the matter.

Bill Attempts here to portray Mayor Bairstow , Paula Chaffin and Ken Nadeau as being of a persuadable mind in regard to this issue. Now in all fairness to Ken , he did bring up the option to review the issue and even modify the issue, however Bairstow and Chaffin were beyond persuading. If there had been 10,000 people in that room that night, it would have made no difference at all. Bill in forgetting his bible forgot how some hearts can be so hardened that they are Given up to a reprobate mind to do those things which are unseemly. He forgets that a heart against God is NOT FREE. Jesus said if the son should SET YOU FREE ye shall be free indeed, and so does this not imply that some are still NOT FREE to choose to do right because they have chosen to do wrong for so long? Bill Fails to see that to some Darkness is light. His rhetoric about sheer numbers is simply his poor theology trying to convince YOU and ME that we were dealing with anything other than TYRANTS AT CITY HALL. As far as the Thousands of Dollars to settle the matter, that too was the decision of the TYRANTS AT LARGE and not, as Bill would have his readers believe, the Committee.
ALSO note Bills propaganda in referring to those on the committee as agitators rather than Citizens. An attempt to vilify? Sort of like referring to Muslim Nutcases as Fundamentalists, a term that Bible Believing Christians coined in the 50's and that the media did a wonderful job with in the 80's making a connection to the terrorists in IRAN. I can still remember going door knocking and when folks saw the word fundamentalist on the Church tracts they would step back a bit wondering if our church was full of nutcases like the Fundamentalists all over the TV they had been watching. Word Games...

This brouhaha generated by the Committee of 50 resembles a wider trend.

Bill is about to EXPOSE himself.....

I'm not as well versed in early American history as some people. But my public school education taught me that the Pilgrims in Massachusetts and others who came after them -- for example, Quakers in Pennsylvania, Catholics in Maryland -- abandoned their homes for America to escape a single state-sponsored religion.

Well Bill your Public Education is showing a bit, and as you have stated you are not very well versed and should simply sit and be still. Might I point out for a few readers at this point that the Pilgrims came to this land not to escape church involvement in public life, but rather what they conceived as a CORRUPT CHURCH and a CORRUPT RELIGION from dictating to them how they should live. Other wise BILL, why did they upon arriving in America Decide that they would use the BIBLE as the center of all their Laws? Why, for example in Massachusetts did they establish the very laws that you refer to as BLUE? Why was it unlawful for anyone other then a Christian to hold public office in their colony?

Today, however, we witness some Christian groups turning history on its head. Religion in many ways now seeks to dictate how the government operates.

Government in America, is not an automaton, it is a Group of people under a Constitution and Bill of rights and Common Law that should at least be a representation of their Beliefs and faiths. In the arguments that are being brought forth, the people are to be separate from themselves, they are to be hypocrites and vote contrary to what they believe?

It's clear in numerous issues: efforts by President Bush, Gov. Jeb Bush and some state and federal lawmakers to appease religious groups by getting involved in the Terri Schiavo dispute; President Bush's assertion that public schools teach Intelligent Design alongside evolution and his call for a constitutional ban on gay marriage; fights over the display of the Ten Commandments, stem cell research and so on.

In Other words, Believe one thing but DO NOT ACT ON IT? Why are their no references to affirmative action here or inter racial marriage all of which were at one time religious disputes in the political realm. Why no references to Dr. Martin Luther King and his religious crusade for equal rights? You see these were not republicans or conservatives in the eyes of the Newspaper editorial of today. Freedom to sit anywhere on a bus for a Black person is much more noble then saving the Life of a helpless baby in the womb or a brain damaged woman in Florida. Such hypocrites these mortal be.

In Scripture, Jesus repeatedly distinguishes between the kingdom of God and the province of man. True, Christians are to be the salt of the Earth through their beliefs and acts, (AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE ANY EFFECT or Go against the editorial policy of the paper?) and like any other Americans, have every right to be heard on public affairs and hold public office. (AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT AGITATORS OR EFFECTIVE)

But ultimately a Christian's reward comes in another place, at another time. Jesus did not order His followers to create heaven on Earth. He, more than anyone else, knew that was hopeless.

Will offences come? Yes Bill they will But Jesus said

Luk 17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

This is the most revealing and bright thing that was said in the article, however like a light with a dim battery it was not VERY bright. The Truth of the matter is that God has called his people to OCCUPY until he comes,

Luk 19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and
said unto them, Occupy till I come.

Will this world get worse and worse? Yes most likely however who will have to answer for it in the long run, Do nothing Christians and agnostic mockers? Or those who saw the evil and held our ground against it? Will Christians who saw the train coming and said and did nothing be held accountable for the wreck more then the sleeping bum under the bridge?

Isa 62:6 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,

Eze 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

While a reward ultimately comes to a Christian in another place as Bill has stated, that reward is determined on two things. ONE.. Did you follow Jesus and TWO if not WHY? Hopeless is not the issue, accountability is. Christians will be dealt with in eternity with either reward or loss and that will be determined by their action or IN action according to their faith and obedience to the word of God here and NOW.
Bill's Salt and Light is bland for he would not have it actually placed upon the food and darkness for which it was intended. One thing about salt, it not only enhances the flavour, it also slows decay, under the Logic presented by Bill a Christian can use his salt for eating but not for preservation or disinfectant.. That's too bad.

Mat 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

A few weeks ago, conservative columnist and unabashed Christian Cal Thomas weighed in on the Supreme Court's twin Ten Commandments' rulings. He wrote, "Do those advocating for more public displays of religion privately practice what they publicly preach? If they did, the influence of their proclaimed righteousness might reach all the way to the Supreme Court. Whether it did, or not, it would reach all the way to their God."

He added: "Are there expectations in the Bible that God needs the state to promote himself and that such promotion should be visible?"

His answer was no.

Needs? NO.. And though Cal Thomas' answer was No to the needs issue and he is right, the real question is whether or not God requires the State to uphold his laws in order to be a legitimate state or not. And to that the answer is YES.

Rom 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? Do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
Rom 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

The story of Christ's life holds more transformative power than any in human history. We all have free will and can choose whether to allow God to work that power on us individually. AMEN BILL, But Bill If that Power of transformation is worked on an individual and a society is composed of individuals would it not also follow that those individuals who have been transformed but the power of Christ should seek rulers who have also been transformed and have laws that have been transformed? Bill What about the HISTORY of his Death and resurrection?

But we now see many of Jesus' flock repeatedly seeking to use not faith but the power of the state -- or as in Belleview, the city -- to bring all of us under the rule of their beliefs. Has Bill just admitted that he is not apart of Jesus' Flock? That we have two groups, one belongs to Jesus and that another group, which he places himself in that does not belong to Jesus?

Christians are permitted to Pray for deliverance but never follow the opportunities that God gives in answer to their prayer.
Christians are permitted to Pray for good government But not Vote for it according to God providing the opportunity for it
Christians are permitted to Pray for the Lost, but never tell them they are Lost
Christians are Permitted to Pray but never listen to the Answers and act upon them
Christians are to read the Bible but not actually believe it and adjust their lives accordingly
Christians Must NOT Vote according to what THEY believe.
Christians Should willingly fund and support their own destruction.
Christian should say nothing to the Porno Dealers, Abortion Clinics, Strip Joints, Sodomite clibs and bars and simply Pray for them to go away.
Christians should send their children to the antiChrist indoctrination camps known as Public schools and become as Lukewarm and antagonistic to everything Jesus ever taught anyone.

Like the disciple Peter walking on water -- borrowing again from Fr. Pat -- Belleview's temperance-tantrum throwers seem more worried about the surrounding sea's roiling waves than avoiding drowning by focusing on Christ. They ought to know prayer can move mountains, if they'll let it.

Prayer can move mountains and it will, however if after you are done praying you open your eyes and there is a shovel that was not there before. ............... Take the hint and start digging!

Moore, Shelly, Goldman, Kurzhals,Loar Qualify for Election

Tammy Moore, Doc Shelly, Michael Goldman, Fred Kurzhals, Wilma Loar, all got their paper work done on time for the Belleview City Elections coming up in November. Seems Tammy Moore will be running against Doc Shelly and Fred Kuzhals will be running against Michael Goldman.

Michael Goldman's family has owned Goldman Appliances I think for as long as anyone alive can remember. He and Tammy Moore both attend First Baptist Church. He has Commissioner Emery Abshires Support in his bid for Election
Fred Kurzhals was owner of MOTHER NATURES KITCHEN a few years back here in town, but they are not in business anymore as far as I recall. What he is doing now I don't know. I will try to talk to him and update this area for him.
Tammy Mooreis a dental Hygienist and is an X city commissioner ( commissioness?)
Tammy has been a wealth of information as to how the City is run. If the City had listened to Tammy years ago and had charged a small fee to each water costumer years ago, there would be a lot less problems today in financing the water treatment upgrades and such.
Also I spoke with her the other day and she said that she felt that since the water tower is part of the City Water then the rent being charged t\for the cell phone tower on it should go, if not in full then in part toward the City Treatment facility upgrades.
Doc Shelly owns an operates a Family Practice Osteopath here in town and has been here for ever too. We took our Daughters Melissa and Natalie to him when they were little and he did a great job with them, ( scabies and a cold if I recall correctly) Doc Shelly was recently given a hard time about an impact fee that the city wanted to charge him for letting another Doctor help him out at his practice. ( will they impose that hardship on every business in town that want to hire on more help? how about a Business that want to extend it's hours of operation? This was ridiculous!
Wilma Loar, I don't know her, however I probably do if I saw her in town, the paper said she is on the planning and zoning board. no one else ran for the seat so she is in.

Freedom is in Christ... NOT in SIN

1 Peter 2:16 As free, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.

After the meetings these last few weeks at city hall and having listened to some who would argue that Freedom is Freedom to do anything you want. I thought it might be time to show just what it is to be Free and to experience Freedom.

First off Freedom can ONLY be achieved when one is no longer bound by forces he is in no control over. The Word of God states plainly that man is, without Christ BOUND, whether he recognizes the fact or not, and that until he is unbound he is NOT FREE either to think rightly or to understand his bondage.

The Bible declares that Satan ( the Devil) has brought lost folks into Bondage and that only the teaching of the Word of God and God's gift of repentance through hearing the word can bring forgiveness and freedom from that bondage:

2 Timothy 2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
2Ti 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Not only Lost folks but even Christians can be brought into bondage through he snares of the Devil: In Relation to Pastors( Bishops) the Apostle Paul tells Timothy

1Timothy 3:6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
1Ti 3:7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

And Peter also declares:

1Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

And So Jesus States to those who thought Freedom was a natural birth right:

John 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Joh 8:33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
Joh 8:34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. Joh 8:35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
Joh 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

As you can see .. SIN is a Slave Master, those who are unforgiven or in rebellion are not FREE and have NO Freedom because they are the SLAVES to SIN. The Drunk can not understand Freedom until he is FREE to serve GOD through being SET FREE from the service to sin though the redemption which can only be found in Christ Jesus.

So Paul describes:

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

And

James Declares:

Jam 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death

MAYOR BAIRSTOW IMPIRICALLY WILL NOT RUN AGAIN

Well folks according to the "VOICE of South Marion" and the "Ocala Star Banner" Mayor Steve Bairstow will not be running for Mayor again, or for any other city position this year. Siting his wife's desire to move out of the city limits so that they can have more dogs. (I guess it was OK to limit how many Dogs one can have in the city, but not OK to limit the hours of business for Alcohol sales) So this makes TWO the number of Politicians who were "PRO 7 DAY Booze sellers" that will be hitting the road. I was told that the Mayor, during the heat of this issue told one reporter that he WAS going to run again for office, (After all he had previously bought another home in Vermillion Estates) and yet now he has decided NOT to run again? O Well.

Tammy Moore, a staunch property rights and generational resident (Family has been here forever) of the area has picked up her "packet" for running for a position on the city counsel, as well as Michael Goldmen ( a great helper in our petition drive) and Doc Shelly a well known and respected doctor in the community ( office on Front Street). ( Doc Shelly is the fellow that was recently given the hard time about an impact fee for having another Doctor help him in his office practice.)

IN other Belleview Area News:
It has been reported to me that
Shiloe (Used to be Baptist)Church of Belleview, has gone through a Shake up with over 150 members moving to oust Current CEO Pastor Wayne King. Each side declaring the other to be OUT as it were.

( on a Side note) All I know for sure is that Wayne King was the only Pastor in the area who when given the opportunity to sign the petition against the ordinance enabling Alcohol to be Sold for Consumption 7 days a week 7 am to 2 am, Promised to sign , but then did not do so when given the opportunity.

Belleview Observation: I think almost all the ducks at lake Lillian must have turned into turtles! I counted close to 25 Turtles bobbing around in the pond while with my kids the other day!

Well a Wonderful time at City Hall. We had quite a few folks show up for the "Event". The Issue was placed 11th on the list of things to do. When it finally arrived on the agenda everyone was still there waiting. The procedures at city hall kicked in and the hearing began.

The Issue was to return Belleview to pre Boozerville times.

Anyone who would like to speak in Favor of the proposed ordinance...

Proffula Singh: History Lesson on the real meaning of Jefferson's statement on the wall of separation of Church and State. Along with documentation to show that America was founded as a Christian Nation. The actual intent of the 1st Amendment to the Constitution, and the right of the civil authority to set community standards. This needed to be done as these Statements of Jefferson were misused in the last meeting by Miss Radon.

Ed Smith; Came and spoke about there being no need for this ordinance not to be repealed, he talked about the tragedy of all those killed because of those who drink and drive.

Roy Abshire: An impassioned plea and counsel, showing that Belleview's need for honky tonks that the ordinance on the books, unless repealed will bring to town , is not something Belleview needs. He also gave wide advice for those who find themselves digging a hole they will eventually not be able to climb out of... QUIT DIGGING. As a former commissioner himself he was well seasoned to give the advice that he gave. He once brilliantly noted that from the looks on some of the commissioners faces he was simply talking to talk.

Robert Dobkowski; Speaking as the committee Chairman spoke briefly showing the inconsistencies of Some Commissioners statements about who was for and against. "Boozer Math"

" tonight was a great night for the citizens of Belleview and of Marion county, when most people are apathetic towards their government we did what we needed to do to get our issue up for a vote. like the mayor said the government has checks and balances so one group of people cant run rough shot on the government. the people spoke, the government became tyrannical and the god for checks and balances because now we will know for sure what the people of Belleview really want"

Gene Scroggie: Dispelled the Lie put forth by Mr Haimes the manager of Pasta Faire.( who has been mysteriously absent from the last three meetings on this subject, as well as all other owners of pro booze palaces) that his ancestors would somehow approve of making Belleview into Boozerville. He, as an Historian pointed out that Belleview was in fact established by ANTI BOOZE folks in the first place.

Debbee Smith: Reiterated her Husbands sentiments briefly sharing her desire that Belleview would not go the way of the Pro-Booze crowd

Me, Michael Slattery: Gave a history of this issue, sharing how I asked what to do from the Mayor and other commissioners and how they had no idea about how their laws worked in regard to getting petitions and elections, I spoke briefly about the LIE in the paper about Belleview not being able to expand without the Booze because of the Moose Lodge ( who refused to come into the city limits because they could not booze it up on Sundays) I showed how that not only was the Moose Lodge a straw-man argument in regard to Taxes ( they are a NON PROFIT organization and are not subject to property tax) but also how it can be easily gone around for city growth. Then I dealt with the LIE that business wont come to Belleview without the booze asking why some non alcohol serving , great places to eat don't come here. Then It was time to move on to Rights and Responsibility and Quotations from the Bible on Liberty and freedom not being a permission to Do as you please but rather to Do as you ought.. The Right to do RIGHT/.. How the Local Doc Place pool Hall and other places do not NEED to serve Booze Just top play Pool. and if they stay closed that is there choice. If they have something other then depravity to offer folks they might well stay open and offer it.. That's about the time the 4 Girls who someone said smelled like Booze walked out of the meeting never to return...

ALL those who would like to speak in Opposition to the proposed Ordinance:

Some guy from Ocklawaha who watches the Cooking channel Saturday night to find out what to eat on Sunday and needed to go to Publix and buy some wine and couldn't and had to hardship of driving all the way to the shores ( driving wise probably even an easier drive anyway) and then a Lesson on why one should pay attention to those who speak before you, as he misquoted the Church and State comment already handled by Proffula. Then talked on like someone who would legalize almost any depravity ( his arguments talked to their furthest conclusions about freedoms and Liberty, missing Mr Scroggies History lesson about Belleview being founded as a town with community standards. Then some more somewhat typical ACLU type arguments..about unlimited rights without responsibility and accountability..

No Bars, No Restaurants, No Pool Halls, No Supermarkets, NONE of the 40 or so Businesses originally contacted...

After the meeting Bobby D told me he caught him in the parking lot :

"I went up to that guy after the meeting and asked him why the city of Belleview Doesn't allow me to hunt in the city. I have six kids and I need to feed them. I have a right to bear arms and why does the city take away my rights
He said he didn't have all the answers, I then told him "but you should use and argument that isn't faulty." "I then told him I would like to walk my dog without a leash why does the city take away my rights and also my dogs rights not to be able to walk without a leash, he was clueless....."

Well when that was all done, they began to discuss the Issue, Emery said put in on the ballot ,, when the others said no, ( Ken and the Mayor) Emery said Why not.. Paul Anderson Agreed with Emery.. Why not truth the Voters etc. Ken wanted a NON binding vote to take a survey to find out how folks really felt. ( Since my door to door was not scientific and bias) this was understandable, at least the part about bias, however the non binding part was simply not going to happen.. the mayor on the other hand went into a tirades about how he had the majority on his side, petitions of some he said "5 hundred" folks collected in the area ( at places serving booze. ) compared to only 270,,, This statement was simply a ...misrepresentation of reality.. first of all , we presented the commission with some 260 signatures the first reading with an additional 30 some signatures from area Church leaders, then at the second meeting we presented them with over 260 signatures from folks gathered strictly within the city limits of Belleview ( uncertified) along with a few Dozen more signatures from church petitions. Then we presented them with over 60 signatures 57 of which were certified at the supervisor of Elections.....260+270+60+ a few dozen Misc. well folks You do the math. give a hundred for duplicates just to be conservative and we still have more. Secondly It seems that the petition with 500 signatures was not really from folks LIVING in the area. 1 from London England 2 from Northern Ireland, 1 from Kansas, Ocala, Bushnell, Lady Lake, Leesburg, Eustis, The Villiages, Summerfield ( Includes but is not limited to Dallas /Pedro/The area of Walmart, Spruce Creek etc.) about 80 Signatures with no location at all and about 1/3ed from the Belleview Postal Area, No Physical Addresses, and Multitudes of Illegible's... So in fact when Steve Bairstow and Paula Chaffin said that they had More signatures and support from the Belleview Area they were telling the truth, that is if by the term Belleview Area they were referring to THE PLANET or at the very least Lake/Sumpter/Alachua Counties.

Then there was his ranting about Special Interest groups and his clairvoyant ability to tell what folks who never show up or voice any opinion think. And how HE KNOWS why no one runs against him....without the risk of sounding egotistical... Everyone wants him and trusts his decisions.. or something to that effect.. YOU HAD TO BE THERE.. Well I went to my usual haunt (WH) on Sunday evening , this time with my Lovely wife, we had tea.. Mine Cold and hers Hot. It was pretty quiet all in all for a while when much to my surprise a person who had a little to much to drink on a Sunday in Belleview came in to the place, Nice guy, but yes drunk. Well you can imagine my surprise after reading one of the commissioners comments in the paper the other day that there were no Drunks in Belleview on the streets on Sundays since the ordinance passed to allow drinking in bars and stuff on Sunday. He came and ate a bunch of food and drank some coffee and then stepped outside and got in HIS CAR.... HMMM

I thought , I wonder if that guy is going to drive away the same way he drove here? then I remembered the commissioners words about no drunks on the roads on Sunday and thought.. Could I just be imagining this? So I went outside to find out if it was just a hallucination from all the tea that I just drank. Nope it wasn't. So I Offered to drive the guy home, he refused so rather then get in a fight with him, I started a conversation, and we talked and talked, letting his food absorb some of the alcohol and the caffeine do a little work. We Talked some more, shared the Lord and His Grace, We talked Family and friends and I made a Friend, exchanged phone numbers and I let him Know that if he found himself in a situation where he needed someone to talk to, to call me.. By the time we were done talking he was sobered up a bit. Still would not let me drive him home though.
It was kind of a helpless feeling knowing that he was not the only one out that evening who would be Drinking with the permission of the Belleview city counsel and that the others might not have someone to talk to them till they sobered up. Well maybe he was just an exception to the rule or an apparition of some sort...

So I went back in with my wife and low and behold we were now the only non sodomite , completely sober people in the place, seems while I was out in the parking lot engaged in conversation and cleanup, the sodomite floodgates in town were letting out and they stopped in to have a Bite before continuing on their journey. Yes sir progressive Belleview. Growth at any cost. Thanks Commissioners for at least encouraging the problem and at the same time helping the city make money on it.

NEW REVELATION KEN SAYS Bobby D. Does not know where he lives

Today in a new twist of events Ken Nadeau told NPR radio in Gainsville Florida that the Committee Chairmen for the Alcohol petition did not live in the City Limits of Belleview and that he did not go to Church in the City Limits of Belleview. Yet according to the Maps of Belleview ( ON MY LAP) and the Supervisor of Elections and Bobby D's property tax records, Bobby D. Does live in the City Limits of Belleview. Ken said the other day in the News paper that even if he were committing Political Suicide he would push this ordinance through for the Good of the City. I wonder if telling everyone the falsehood that Booby D. Does not live in the City Limits is part of that Political Suicide? After all Bobby D. owns most of the airtime on a radio Station that broadcasts all through the Belleview Area and is in fact Belleview's only Licensed Radio Station. Not to mention it is a TALK radio show from 10 to 12 every day of the week... Talk about Political suicide.

Dear Ken My suggestion to you is to call the radio station at 690-7677 and apologize before it is too late. Also a call to NPR, who I just got of the phone with and who confirmed your statement to me, would be a pretty good idea.

Today at City hall in Belleview Florida, the Tyrants were served a petition with over 50 signatures certified by the Marion County Supervisor of Elections D- Brown, call on them to reverse their decision to allow Belleview to become the boozer Capital of Marion County which they did when they changed the Alcohol Ordinance to permit consumption on premises from 7 am to 2 am each and every day of the week. This they did and you may have read against Public outcry, petitions and counsel.

Thank you Bob Dubkowski, committee Chairmen for Serving these petty tyrants notice that the Citizens of Belleview will not be ignored!

A Lesson of ANTI Representitive Government

At Today's City Commission Meeting We had our second reading of an ordinance for the expanding of Alcohol Sales in Belleview to include Booze in Bars , restaurants pubs etc. on Sunday from 7 am to 2 am Monday morning. Almost everyone at the meeting was Opposed.
DID it matter? Not really, not for two of the commissioners at least, and one who was willing to bend a little on hard liquor in bars. The Mayor, Steve Bairstow, Commission-ess Paula Chaffin and Commissioner Ken Nadeau, all Voted FOR EXPANDING the SALE FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISIS of Booze on Sunday, ( Ken Being the one willing to limit hard liquor; however he was over ridden by Belleview's Mayor.

The Following is far from Scientific however anyone who attended the Meeting this evening will see the point..... If Corrections need to be made or if anyone sees where I have made a clear error in my observations please let me know.

An original Letter written to me by a fellow who refuses to Identify himself except as "BOB in Belleview", In the Following Letter one can see an Anti God mentality and a great deal of misconceptions about Christianity, churches, etc. I would also note that in the following exchanges one will be able to see glimmers of truth as to corrupt Christianity, however misplaced his comments expose just how folks will view all Christians by the works of those who are corrupt. Don't you feel that your scope of influence is rather stunted when you think that banning Sunday liquor sales in Belleview is a solution to Sunday drinkers? Obviously this is not a DRINKER situation but rather is a Liquor sales event. People obviously can go outside Belleview to purchase liquor if they wish, so you are trying to limit the business capability of restaurants and other liquor sales outlets IN Belleview. Big deal?

But it might be seen as a huge hypocritical issue for YOU, "FREEDOM" Baptist Church to try to limit other people's FREEDOM.

To me, it is easily managed on the same basis as managing abortion. If you don't like abortions, then don't get one, and if you don't like alcohol sales on Sunday then don't buy any on Sunday.

But you show your shortsightedness when you focus on the sales rather than the USE of alcohol. In fact some major churches serve (or pretend to) alcohol on Sunday, don't they? And isn't alcohol regularly mentioned in your bible?

Maybe you ought to butt out of managing restaurants, and tend to scamming money out of believers for your free ticket to life.

Obviously this is NOT only a Drinker Situation, actually dummy, it is not a drinker event at all, there is no restriction, that people not drink on Sunday. and even though you don't know things like that, it could be that there are a lot of things you don't know and can't control but it is ALSO a Sales event. AHH so here we are ... Yes some groups use Alcohol in services. a Spoonful per person. this not being the issue however I might add that I do not agree with them even that much for the simple reason that the LORD did not use ( according to MY bible LOL) alcohol for Communion at all. ah yes far afield again.. but think.. doesn't "communion" be the ritual where some sects try to get little kids to take a sip of pretend blood and eat a bit of pretend human flesh? not that that would matter to someone who rejects the word of God as you seem to imply in your reference to " YOUR BIBLE" as you see Bob. this is not only a Bible issue it is one of Public Safety and Public Will. I guess I'd have to check further to see if the entire Marion County is dry on Sunday. But in the end it will not matter to me as you don't even know if I drink or not. Actually I think it is likely that cities can't invoke ordinances that are against state law and maybe that also applies to county statues. But I don't really care. This last Sunday we had a Reporter from the Ocala Star banner come to Church. She is part of a local section on the paper called the Belleview Free Press. Her name, Elizabeth Guth, and she did a GREAT JOB! Thank you very much Miss Elizabeth! She even took pictures! AND WE DID NOT LOOK LIKE WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF EATING SOMETHING! THANKS AGAIN!..

And to tell you the truth, she even referred to our Anti Sodomite page as the " ANTI SODOMITE PAGE" and did so without any comments to the contrary! Today is the 3 ed Of July and we have church services at 2 PM and again at 3. This leave vast amounts of time in the morning and early afternoon for street ministry and stuff. As you may have all read or seen, our town is being attacked by forces that wish to increase the hours for Booze to OOOZ to include Sunday from 7 am till 2 am Monday morning.

This would make our little town the most Pro Booze area in the county. A magnet for Boozers and the industry that supplies them.

Anyway, a few area restaurants and their management are supporting this, as well as 3 of the City Commissioners. They all feel or at least SAY that they have no responsibility for damages done by serving MORE BOOZE to people eating or drinking in their establishments.

They Feel our pain, but they are not willing to be accountable for the misery that they will cause. ( Some may even be ignorant of the future problem that they will open the town to and so are ignorantly moving in their short sited manner into the arms of the degenerate industry of Alcohol.

One manager said he did not want to loose any Business , then in a city meeting called our laws Stupid and Antiquated.

Another Woman at the city meeting said we needed to adopt Progressive morals and not get left in the past( or something like that). What they seem to want is to be able to Ignore the pain and reap the gain.

Well NO WAY!

The fact is that there are consequences to irresponsible actions or decisions and folks need to be told about it.

Jonah was sent to Nineveh to preach God's Judgment against them for their wickedness.

Sodom and Gomorrah were great Cities that were destroyed Because they refused to Repent.

Jerusalem was torn down by the Romans because they rejected the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and so their house was left unto the Desolate!

SO NOW BELLEVIEW It is YOUR TURN!

So today, Right at Noon the Heralds began to cry! Several Folks from the Church went to the Public sidewalk in front of a Boozer supporting restaurant who's management is pushing for the Change in the laws to Let the mocker rage.

Some of The Good folks Going to the Restaurant expressed their anger at being told to repent! Cussed at by the Boozer want to bees....

One very angry Employee came out and shouted at them...

" Why don't you go somewhere else to Win Dixie or Publix and protest there! they serve it too!///

Yes they do My son Said, but they backed out and your store is still for it!" the she tried to tell us that the city sidewalk was their private property.. Blah Blah.....

One person who works for the restaurants was over heard telling a customer who asked what was going on

The manager though Visible perturbed was a bit more Cordial, and a little smarter about it, and offered the folks with signs water. very nice! Now if he would only repent and tell the city counsel that Belleview's laws a fine the way they are. Or Better yet. Repent and quit selling the Mocker all together regardless of what the city says! Now that would be a Blessing... all the Businesses in town refusing, through repentant hearts to sell Alcohol anymore! Managers and owners getting Converted to Christ! REVIVAL! Bars closing! Restaurants where the Mocker has no place and Consumers who don't even think about asking for the stuff! REVIVAL!

WHAT IS THE REAL ISSUE ?

Drinking in Restaurants is not the issue. Selling wine in supermarkets is not the issue. Being able to sell both wine and beer on Sunday is not the issue. Booze is not the issue. What then is the issue? Some say it is a fairness issue. Some say it is a civil rights issue. Some say it is an issue of hypocrisy. Some even go so far as to say that it is simply an issue of business.

I say this is NOT an 'issue' at all, but rather an INVASION!

An invasion upon the pocketbooks of Americans who rather then spending their monies on food, shelter and clothing are forced, through being a Prisoner Of War, to spend their money on the very enemy that has captured them.

How many mothers are on WIC while they or their husbands are prisoners of the war with Booze, Beer and Wine? How many of these started with the Alcohol and have since graduated to the front line of Crack Cocaine or whatever the latest weapon in the arsenal of the enemy is? And who pays for the WIC and the FOOD STAMPS? Who is forced to buy their food while they supply the enemy with more victims? Who will raise their children when they drink themselves into the poor house or the jailhouse or the drug house?

Wine is a Mocker! Strong Drink is raging! Who has woe? Who has Sorrow? Who has Contentions? Who has babbling? Who has wounds without a cause? Who has Redness of Eyes? They that tarry long at the wine and they that seek mixed wine. And Belleview's Invader seeks one more day? At that, at early in the MORNING till late into the darkness of the following morning!

Years ago a compromise was made to allow the invader to come into the city limits. Years after that, a compromise was made to increase the time he had to plunder and a little while later, to invade and conquer territory EVERY day of the week. First with a grocery store and the package store. There were times when bars were on corners of the roads claiming virtue and spreading racism and anarchy. Then a few victories were won and they lost a little ground and now a thriving productive furniture store sits where once nothing but racism and brawling and drunkenness once stood. Across the street, (praise God!) they tore the green monster down! But other, more presentable ones came! At last count, there were almost 30 places in this small town where folks can buy the Social Adder and the invasion continues! Even those who argue for its spread, time and time again, confess it is Evil. They say you can not regulate one evil and not another! Well praise God, at least they admit that what they want for Belleview IS EVIL!

We were told, "YOUR OLD LAWS are STUPID, Antiquated! You need to be consistent!" Ah! Even the Devil can spot a hypocrite a mile away! You need to be fair to all EVIL not just some ! If you will permit one why not the other! If you get rid of ONE or LIMIT one, 'Why not LIMIT both?' We were admonished! AMEN! Even the Wicked shall bring thee praise! The Invader now is using business and politicians who may not even know that they are being used. I pray this is so. However a child in the Jungles with a grenade, running into the camp with the pin pulled, is sometimes more dangerous then one thrown in directly by the enemy himself! The Enemy will use loved ones as human shields against us, he will use friends and neighbors who do not even know they are being used, some however DO!

Some are accomplices in the immorality that the invader wishes to bring. You say we will have it anyway. Offences must come! Jesus said, but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! First the sale for consumption at home, then in restaurants and then in pubs and bars and lounges and coffee houses, tea rooms and similar such establishments! From Bars to Cars and Lounges to Limos and pubs to parking lots and parking lots to highways and from Highways to Hospitals and from Hospitals to heaven or hell! OH this infernal Enemy who gives only to get and compromises only to conquer!
How many times must we hear the wining cry "We can not legislate Morality or Right living,â€ and at the same time they wish us to legislate immorality and damnable living? How many times must the drone of "I don't want your opinions crammed down our throats by those who would permit one of the greatest enemies of marriage, family, home and productivity to have the Blessing of the lawmakers? All law is legislated morality! The question is who's morality?

Â· the Pedophiles?

Â· the extortionists?

Â· Child pornographers?

Â· The whore or the Drug dealers?

Should the cruelty to Animals be Licensed? Should Incest be Licensed?

Should Whore houses be Licensed? Should those on city commissions call for these to be Licensed with the same logic they seek to surrender more territory to Booze in this war against family and Virtue?

Fairness? Fairness to Evil?

In many areas of the world these vices are permitted , licensed and even encouraged! OH Offences will come..... But Woe unto them by whom they come!

Judas Iscariot betrayed our LORD into the hands of his enemies for thirty pieces of silver, it was prophesied that it would happen! It had to happen and yet Judas Iscariot's name has gone down in history as one of the greatest traitors to all that was Holy and Good! Pontius Pilot once said of Jesus "Behold your King!" and the people cried crucify Him Crucify Him! Pilot said what Evil hath He done! I find no fault in Him and yet he delivered him into their hands! What did he do before allowing The Jews to Crucify Christ? He washed his hands saying to all that could hear "I am innocent of the blood of this just person: See ye to it! Yet Pontius Pilot's defense that he was not responsible for the actions of others and that he had no ability to defend the right goes on deaf ears. Pontius Pilot is known not for his military or political abilities, he is simply known as the one who knew to do Good and instead claimed that he was not responsible for the shedding of innocent blood. Commissioners who say that Belleview is Great, those that Say that they love her as she is and yet see this mob Cry against her that she might be delivered into her hands to be Crucified on a Cross of Money and Booze are just as accountable as any Judas or Pilot though not in the same degree for there were others before them that had already laid the seeds of her destruction and had already gotten her primed for the pump so to speak. Jesus was Perfect and without sin! Belleview was already a little leavened and instead of purging out the Old leaven they have turned up the heat a little that she might be soon cooked and served to the victorious invader. One thing more, Jesus on the Cross looked down at those who crucified them and said Father Forgive them for they know not what they do. I just pray that the forces being used to crucify Small towns and lead them to the slaughter are just as ignorant to what they are doing as the actual soldiers who nailed Jesus to the Tree were.

What Belleview needs is Repentance and we need the Revival preaching of His Word that breeds it! Revival that brings a Christian to the Place where he cares about Lost Folks! Where he sees his community as a collection of Souls for whom Christ Died and Rose again! A Place where the Holy Ghost can and will be Welcome to Abide! Christians Filled with the Holy Spirit and Not with Wine. Who know that Evil communications corrupt good manners! Would to God that our town would be a hard place from Which to Go to HELL where the Gospel is preached on every corner and where souls are saved and God's anointing is manifest! Where a bar lounge Pub, or restaurant or store simply can not get enough business to stay open and who's owners, while sitting in their empty establishments on the Lord's Day, stare out their open windows and finding it hard to kick against the pricks, Repent; close their doors one day a week and Come just they are, as all sinners must, Repenting and confessing Jesus Christ as LORD to the Glory of the Father! Oh what a Monday that would be as they reopened their stores with repentant hearts telling the Booze INVADERS that they had no more need of their services!

Belleview Florida Booze ONE more DAY!

Well here we go again- Belleview Florida NEEDS to sell Booze on ONE more day to keep up with the rest of the reprobate community around her! And now Booze has more friends to her credit: at least three city commissioners!

Well, let's see what selling Booze 6 days a week has gotten us before we have seven:

At that in the Lord' day

1. Money for soulless corporations and the folks that invest in them.
2. Drunks
3. Victims of Drunks.
4. Oh Yes! Did I mention MONEY?

I remember a few years ago when a man went to a few restaurants in Ocala and had a 'little' to drink in each one and then went home and was too impaired to operate a gun and too drunk to know that he should not try. He shot his wife by mistake.... In Summerfield, a few weeks ago, a drunk woman tried to cross the street at about 11pm and her son somehow got out there with her. They are both dead now. Then there are the folks who go to the bar and somehow need to get home. Oh, of course they are all responsible and these pool halls and bars never serve anyone who has a few too many, and no one ever leaves a restaurant or bar and gets in their car and harms anyone. I HAVE SEEN WITH MY OWN EYES that bar owners and pool hall owners allow folks to stagger out of their establishments and get in cars!
Then, there is the Manager of Pasta Faire. A few years ago, when I fought this issue before the city counsel, I went to that restaurant /bar and asked him to not support the ordinance change. In between mocking the Lord with mock religiosity, he answered a question for me. I asked him about folks who drank too much or left his place of business under the influence and KILLED someone. He said that was not his concern. Who's concern is it? Now that was only allowing the Drunks to rule 6 days a week. what we NEED according to our mayor and a few others is ONE MORE DAY set aside for the Emperor Booze? Sure. Would these, so called, fine businesses please step up and give one real reason other then lining their pockets for having to have ONE more day for the Mocker to rage? Belleview, it is bad enough that this beast is allowed to roam our streets, stealing virtue, corrupting morals dumbing the senses to all that is Holy, Good and Right. Ask the officers,"What good has this mocker done for America and Belleview?" Ask them about the wives beaten, the children neglected, the homes destroyed, the mangled bodies, the fights, molestations, rapes, debaucheries and other such benefits that Booze and its consumption has brought to our city and county! Call the Fire Department and ask them about house fires started by folks too clumsy with drink! And we NEED ONE MORE DAY? 6 days are not enough for the monster he wants 7! Of course. how else will we get the Villagers to come to Belleview unless we satisfy their uncontrolled appetite for Booze! Don't believe it? Go to the square in the Villages ANY NIGHT. Watch the brew flow, the booze ooze and the mocker rage as the people imagine a vain thing! That is, I am afraid, what some would have for Belleview. Small town charm laced with the cords of a deceitful Mocker. Woe unto them that put their neighbor's lips to a bottle the scripture says. Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. Belleview, is their a difference between those who serve the mocker and those who give him permission to serve it? Where are the Pastors? Are they as one " Pastor" in Belleview confessed to me, too busy frequenting these Bars/restaurants to have any Power with God to stand against them?

It was written in the paper that a commissioner was concerned that our ordinance would deter some restaurant chains from coming to Belleview. Good! We had a woman who attended church with us years ago who worked at one of these " restaurants that served Booze. She told us that her restaurant's policy was to offer everyone who came into their place a wine list. EVEN IF THE FOLKS WERE ALL OBVIOUSLY MINORS. I said no way , She said ,"Yes sir." EVEN IF THEY ARE MINORS! I said,"but you can't serve them!" She said her manager told her that was not the point, if they ordered the wine or booze they were to be asked for ID. I said then what was the sense? She said her stores policy was to get them used to the IDEA that when they did turn of age, they would know where to come to get it! ONE MORE DAY!

Belleview! Woe unto you for you will seek to sow to the wind, only to reap the whirlwind!

If you want to do something constructive and helpful to the People of Belleview and surrounding areas, ban the retail sale for consumption at all places. Don't give it ONE more day!

To quote an old preacher from years ago:
" Question: What have you no interest in Manhood, Don't you want to see men sober? Brutal, staggering men transformed into respectable citizens?

Answer: "No," said a saloonkeeper, "to hell with men. We are interested in our business, we have no interest in humanity."

NEW BUILDING TO MEET IN!!

What a Wonderful provider our Saviour is!

After being kicked out of the building that we were renting, (even having our rent money returned to us) without notice, the lord worked all things together for Good!

Step one, Belleview Founders Day, we open a presentation table for the church at the local Fair, Give away Chick tracts and share the gospel with folks that pass by.

Step two God Brings a Man to the booth who is an elder in a local Presbyterian church in the Area by the area we are at and we get an opportunity to make friends and come to find out he is a Saved man! We talk for an hour or so and another friend stops by and we talk some more. I share some of the stuff that we have been going through, including the need for a building to meet in. He tells us that he would talk to his pastor about our situation and see if they might work out a way that we might be able to use their building at times that they are not using it.

Step Three.. A Lot of Prayer and thanks given to God for an opportunity not only to witness to folks in the park, but for the fellowship of brothers in Christ.

Step FOUR Two Weeks meeting in a tent. The Lord is gracious and the Folks make no complaint even though it was well past 85 degrees, Lots of Prayer and thanks giving to the Lord for his mercies and blessings, We look at a few other places for rent and folks see signs, But nothing really presents itself as the Lords will in the matter

Step Five, we have more contact with the pastor at the Presbyterian Church that the elder Belongs to and we have More good fellowship and he lets me know that he will talk to his congregation about us using his building. ( this happens sometime during the weeks we use the tent)

Step SIX, God works all things together for Good to them that Love him and are the called according to his purpose! The Pastor of the Church calls me back and agrees that we can use the building! We agree to a fee for only Sunday and it is very fair! When I ask him to please ask his congregation about letting us use the building on Wed. Eve. for Bible study and prayer meeting, They agree and for only a very small amount to offset the electric bill!

Step Seven..... We met in the building this Sunday afternoon and had a wonderful time of Praise Teaching and Worship and Prayer and Fellowship!

The LORD IS VERY GOOD AND WORTHY TO BE PRAISED!

Somewhere along the way, the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court have
misinterpreted the U.S. Constitution. How could fifty States be wrong

THIS IS VERY INTERESTING! Be sure to read the last two paragraphs.
America's founders did not intend for there to be a separation of God and
state, as shown by the fact that all 50 states acknowledge God in their
state constitutions:

WWKO 91.3 fm RADIO says NO More Preaching Freedom

Well I called the radio Station today and was told officially that we were OFF THE AIR. Questions were asked about why. The excuse was that the station was going to need the time for more Southern Gospel music time and that Unless we had a written contract with a time on it we would be off the air.

Well I was out working today and recieved a Phone call from Friend of Mine who had called the Talk radio show from 10-12 pm that is on EVERY DAY. A Political format show sponcered by several Romanist factions and Businesses among others, he asked the host Something about the authority of Scripture in relation to Stevens Sermon in acts Chapter 7.

Ac 7:51 ¶ Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
52 Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:
53 Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
54 ¶ When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.

The conversation was about "why did they stop their ears and Kill Steven." the responce was that they did not want to hear the truth of Gods word right..... Right!

OK then the host was asked if he had any comment on the new Pope's ( RatZinger) statement regarding Scripture as contained in the current issus of US news and World Report.

I was told that the host of the Show went Bizzerk in personal attacks against me at this point,( again I did not hear this myself) and My biblical preaching against the Lies of Popery especially in regard to Infant baptism and the Lie that it forgives sins.
Anyway Bizzar accusations were made and the fellow that called in told me that the host "simply Lost control" revealing that , in his opinion, there may have been other reasons for my elimination from the airwaves.

Any way I really enjoyed being on the air and we have a few offers to "Go Nation Wide" with the show, however it is my desire to stay Local if possible even going so far as to establish a station where

ONE: the preaching of the truth needed to save men from the doctrines of Devils will go unhindered.

TWO the Preaching of Freedom to those who are oppressed through Tyranny in all its forms would also have free reign.
I was told there were even Complaints at the BANK.

I would like to thank the Station Manager from WWKO for his Graciousness to us while we were there as well as the others that Helped us learn the ropes on the board. Also I would Like to thank the Host of the Morning Show who went a little off this morning, for his initial help in getting on the air. Even though he Knew My Position on Romanism before I ever had even one show.

I will still be posting here as we look for a new avenue to Preach Freedom over the airwaves.

A Coincidence: This last week we recieved an Eviction notice ( oral) that we had 5 weeks to find a new place, The owner of the Building, Located directly across the street from the Local Catholic Church where the Morning radio Show host attends, the TSA Plaza in Belleview Florida, Told me , kindly, that he had decided to rent the conference room where we were meeting to only ONE client, he had two possibilities, and told me the Rent for the room would be 700 dollars per month , plus Utilities. Well we can not afford that, but I Understand, Money is after all Money, and we are only paying 43 dollars per week to be there. So OK.

History: There have been at two services in the last two months that I can recall ( maybey one more but I dont remember) where the owner of the Plaza was having a yard sale on Sunday, and left all the yard sale stuff in the church building during our services. I rent the WHOLE ROOM, however on these two occasions almost half of the room was unuseable as it was covered in yard sale stuff on tables.( the Same two weeks they Flew the Flag at half mast for JP2) Not all of the Stuff sold and after two weeks he took MOST of the stuff out of the Building, leaving some disassembled office work station or cabinets in one area. I SAID NOTHING AGAINST him doing this trying to be help. We even helped him back up and organize his stuff,( during the yard sales) hey were neighbors. Some of our people mentioned it was Kind of embarresing to have Visitors come and see the place a mess. I still said Nothing about it to him or anyone else for that matter.

Well this Past Sunday, when I arived at the church room, ( having Given the owner of the Plaza a Check for 200 dollars for the Month of may a week before, I owed him his tax still, but he said no big deal ) I found that the back three tables were stacked feet folded up and there was even more office furnature in the room then before, last week there were cabinets in the room, taking up close to a fifth of the space that I was renting. So I neatly rearranged the furnature, to make room for the tables and Chairs to be placed properly, moved the excess chairs he brought in Outside under and Overhang porch,( sunny day no rain) and when service was over moved the excess furnature back into the room, leaving the tables as I had rearranged them, as it was more efficient and neat then He had Left it for me. More usable. Anyway I Go HOme, I was sick all night long, Monday morning 7:30 0r so, he rings the bell, my daughter Elizabeth goes outside to see who it is.

The owner of the Plaza is by my gate and according to my daughter asks for ME. She tells him that I am still Sleeping ( true) and he hands her our Check for the Building rental and tells her that we have to get our stuff out that day. She says OK.. then he ( according to my daughter) smirkes at her and tells her that touching or moving his furnature is Unexceptable and that we have to get our stuff out......

She wakes me Up tell me.... Remarkably I have Peace about the problem and simply throw my pants on and drive over to the Plaza with my son, on the way I see his wife and second in command outside and see him Go into the building, they Know I am going over to get my stuff. They go inside their other office. I stand outside the door where we meet waiting for my son to unlock the door, for several minutes. No one comes outside. I get our stuff, Not much, A pulpit, books, hymnals, Bibles, papers etc and a picture on the wall. I Load up the van and Drive Home, ( I LIVE DIRECTLY BEHIND THE TSA PLAZA where we were meeting.) On the way home, I take down the Christian Flag we have on a pole out front, and take the pole too. Still NO ONE Stops to talk to me.. I walked to pole home and let my son drive the car. As I pass through the back parking lot, the owners wife is out back having a smoke break, she smiles, I wave and let her know that I have gotten all my stuff out. She says thank you. I Open my gate and Go Home shake their Dust from Off my feet. Done.

We are now looking for another place for Christ's Church in Belleview to meet, Please Pray for us as we seek his will in this matter.

Dear Folks I know its been a Couple of weeks since my last post on this site, but rest assured that the Truth is still being preached and Freedom is Still being Held high! We have noticed that brother William Raymond at the Church at Salem has had the Churches property Seized and yet he continues to preach and to fight on! A new Leader for the Romanist has been declared, a Mr Ratzinger, Ex Hitler Youth and Non Protester of Germany's Atrocities during WW 2. IS anyone surprised? We at Christ's Church at Belleview Florida received a Noticed that the owner of the Plaza where we rent space will not be willing to rent to us as he has been. He will be renting the facility only by the month year round from now on and wants 700 dollars per month as opposed to the 40 dollars per service that we are paying now for One day per week.
Please pray for us as we seek new space for the indoor preaching of Gods will/word here in this community.

Our Last Show, April 31st was A great one. We had as Guests call in interviews with Jeff Nachminson from AVANSWERS.net and Dr. Scott Johnson and Pastor Greg Wilson from Landmark Independent Baptist Church in Archer Florida.

Dr. Scott Johnson, who is a chiropractor by trade, is also a great researcher and student of the Word of GOD. We spoke about the Cult of Freemasonry! He Quoted the Devilish Oaths over the Radio, Chilling to say the least, and introduced Evidence after Evidence showing that beyond a shadow of a doubt. Masonry is not something that a Christian can or Should be involved with at all. But Like Popery it is something that Must be Reproved and Rebuked with all long suffering. Brother Johnson also agreed to be back with us this upcoming Friday to continue the Interview on this timely Subject of Illuminati infiltration and Cult like control. I have also received a Phone Call from Texe Mares on a phone call that I placed with his secretary about doing a interview with him about the issue of Romanism ( I will be contacting them tomorrow) and an email from Bill Schnoebelen former 32? degree mason from www.withoneaccord.org ( recommended by Jack Chick) offering to come the show to be interview about the Masonic Cult topic as well. Pastor Greg Wilson from Landmark Baptist Church in archer Florida came on the show and gave us all a history lesson not to be forgotten. He showed from real history that their have always been Churches , real Churches, that opposed the Lies of Popery/ Romanism. Blasting Rome's contention that she is the oldest Christian Church and therefor the True Church the universal Church of Christ. Exposing her as nothing more then a persecution False Church with a False Jesus and a False Gospel. In this his interview was in perfect agreement with Brother Nachminson. Brother Greg also showed how when Rome wished to declare someone a heretic, declaring that when someone denied the deity of Christ for example, that the person or group being declared heretical and therefore being resigned to the Flames of the inquisition or some other body controlled by the Priesthood of Rome, their real Guilt may not have been anything more then denied that the Little COOKIE WAFER held by the Cultist in Rome was NOT JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF. they would declare that the wafer was not God Rome would then write that they denied the Deity of Christ.

Norm Olson Returns to the Freedom Forum

Hello everyone, this week we featured a return Visit from Pastor Norm Olsen from Michigan, This was not planned way in advance however it was a Great oportunity to learn how far some are willing to go for thier Ideals and just how far some are only prepared to pretend to go.

The Issue: Terri Schivoe Is Starving to death via a court order frpom a mamber of the Hemlock Society ( Judge Greer, Baptist) He has ordered that a feeding tube be removed from a brain damaged woman so that she might slowly starve and dehydrate to death( mission accomplished). Her Adulterous Husband ( Catholic) and his Girlfriend (Catholic) are the ones who moved the issue throug the courts so that eventually they could be man and wife without having to divorce Terri(sick). ( Michael Schivoe and his girlfriend have not to this writers knowledge been excommunicated or disfellowshipped from thier Denomination) a few days before Terri dies, one of pastor Olsons Decons comes to him with the plan to save Terri. Several hundred men of God will go to Florida and rescue Terri From the Murderous thuggs posing as law inforcement and hospice and bring her to a safe house. Nonviolent, unless of cource the Police begin to shoot at the unarmed men as they simply overwhelm the unsuspecting force surrounding the Death House where Terri is Being, According to David Gibbs III ( Independent Baptist) the lawyer for the for the terri's family and Terri's father,( Catholic), Murdered! Starved! Torchered! So Norm calls Gibbs' Law firm and speaks with his secretary, who tells Norm that David is in court, Norm tells the secretary to please be sure to tell David the plans because there needs to be local support and some logistic work maped out so that things miught proceed as smoothly and error free as possible. She Assures Norm that she will contact david and then either he or terri' Father will contact Norm about the plan.

Next day Terri's dad gets on the tv and tell everyone that no efforts should be made to rescue Terri througha move on the building and the FBI or Local Police position Snipers on the buildings in the area surrounding the Hospice center. Norm hears Nothing from David Gibbs III however he does get a Visit from the FBI and a free interrogation.

When I wrote to the Gibbs law firm I recieved a responce of One sentence stating that none of it was true. I then wrote to them informing them that Pastor Olson was going to be on our show this friday,( on wedensday) and that I had spoken with him personally. I recieved NO responce as of Air time, so we went on with the show.

Michael Peroutka gave a great interview on the 8th. Talk about a Guy who was very easy to talk to. He NAMED NAMES. he showed just how different a person who knows what the Constitution says and believes it verses Republicans and Democrates who are Party Hounds who have run for and have been elected to high office only to sell Americas Freedoms for a Bowl of Slop. He made the statment and backed it up that Jeb Bush dropped the ball and LET TERRI DIE! More on that on another post later. I spoke with this man the other day on the telephone, My Mother had heard him on a radio show in New Jersey and called to tell me about a man on the radio that was telling her all the stuff that I had been telling er for years about the Federal Reserve System and that now she diddn't think I was quite as nutty as before. (smile) She told me to call him and talk to him and so I did. He turned out to be in South Florida. After Talking for a little while I relized I was speeking with a brilliant person who had a firm grasp of the inner workings of our money System, But more importantly I was talking to a Christian whos burden was to help free people from the bondage that they had ignorantly placed themselves in. He has written a Book "Thieves in the Temple" to that end and we will be talking about this and other issues Lord Willing.

A Pastor Under Attack in America for Not Registering his Church and Submitting to Government Tyrany? Impossible you say! Well not for Christ's Church in Salem County New Jersey and pastor William Raymond who are being threatened with seizure of property where they have established Christ's Church! It seem that this brave pastor has refused to Submit to Corporate Licensure and Regulation. He has the Gaul to believe that Jesus Christ is Lord over His Church! This Church has the Audacity to actually Study the Scriptures and be led by what they believe the word of God teaches! And on top of that they have the Constitution on their side to boot! not that it would matter to this pastor , for he seeks to Obey God. What I am about to Share with you now is a letter that I recieved from William, after reading this letter i called him on the phone and we spoke for close to a half hour, and he has agreed, if he is able and the Lord is willing, to be on our radio show Friday March 18th 2005 for the second hour. At the time this e-mail is being sent the Salem County Sheriff's Department (Salem, New Jersey) along with other government officials, are plotting to seize the church at Salem including all items on the land and in the church/parsonage!

According to a reliable source the actual seizure could take place as early as 03-18-05. This is happening because we have steadfastly refused to incorporate the church as a 501 (C)(3) religious corporation thereby granting the state legal control of the church. This seizure is in violation of all forms of laws including the Holy Law of Scripture, the First Amendment, and numerous statutory laws which in the past have protected all
unmingled (non-incorporated), non-consenting churches.

As pastor and steward of Christ's church, under Authority of Scripture, I have been Instructed by Him in advance what I must do. When they break through the door to enter I will immediately begin a fast of all food, water and medications necessary to treat my medical conditions. I will continue to fast until such time as those who have violated our Sovereign cease and desist, without condition, and return Us to the land they attempted to rob, pillage and plunder from our Righteous King and Testator. If, on the other hand, our enemies will not relent beleiving that they are somehow legally authorized to bypass the First Amendment it will cost them my life to prove it.
